Customer service was excellent, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. However, the spring rolls weren't the best I've had--the pork was a bit bland and could use more seasoning, and the shrimp portions were smaller than expected. Had to try the Pho in Yucaipa! The locals recommend this place. Large portions. I had shrimp pho, my husband had meatball. Brother was a bit sweet for my liking but they earned stars for using fresh noodles. Cute little place hidden on the edge of town in a strip mall. The folks working there were lovely. read more

OMG the best Pho! I was in Yucaipa and needed lunch and I'm so happy I remembered Ocean Pho was just a few miles away. I loved the vegetable spring rolls and I also got the veggie pho with tofu. Talk about speedy service! I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes with 2 delicious spring rolls and a GIANT container of Pho with all the add-ins. I ate the spring rolls while driving back to the church I was sewing at so I didn't get a picture. I wish I had because they not only tasted great but were so pretty in their see-thru wrap. I love that you can sit at a table or the bar. I sat at the bar and played Pokémon Go while I waited. I will return next time I'm in the area. They had several vegetarian options which is important to me. I want to try them all! read more

TARO SMOOTHIE I didnt drink the Taro smoothie right off. I put it in the refridgerator and ate my dinner first. My Taro smoothie was full of blended plastic! Thank God this was not for a child! Who would of choked on all these pieces of plastic. I carefully and slowly drank close to half to fish out these small pieces to take pictures. I couldn't believe that this plastic came from this Taro smoothie from Ocean Pho! I am so beside myself. I would call, but they are temporarily closed I'm guessing I'm not the only one this happened to. I'm praying that no one got hurt! I ended up ripping the lid off. I found way more plastic. Im not sure if this was in the blender or in the ice they used. I did consume small pieces of the plastic before i noticed the bigger chunks! I order the 76 (pan fried chow fun) and the beef fried rice and it's the bomb, everything time. My 3yr old is picky and I thought he wouldn't care for it but he destroyed the noodles, he even ate the broccoli, which if you're a parent is a huge win. My daughter who eats small meals had two plates. Not only is the food amazing, the staff is friendly and the service is fast. 10/10. Arrived at 8:30 pm and told they're closing. Sign said 9pm. Last time I came with a party of 4 and the lady took 20 minutes to even take our water and drink order. Beaumont and Yucaipa both have lame pho places. Sucks because the foods really good. read more

If you're looking for somewhere new to try go here . Family Favorites here are the spring rolls, egg rolls , pho , fried rice , crispy noodles with veggies , tofu ban mi sandwich and my husband likes the shrimp dishes and the orange chicken . Have tried the filet mignon, beef meatball, and shredded chicken pho, plus other Pho and all were tasty. So far, only have had to go prefers and everything is packaged well so it stays fresh and the flavors don't mix until you do it yourself. Highly recommend this spot not only was the staff super friendly when we got there 40 minutes to closing. They didn't rush us. The place was clean decorative. The food came quickly. We got shrimp spring rolls big shout out to them for taking out the pork with some very tasty peanut sauce. Two per person is definitely enough I have the number 19 which is seafood pho. I've eaten here a few times. This is a decent spot. Their broth has a unique flavor, but not in a bad way. They are very nice people and their service is quick. Noodles are the right texture. The steak is good but it's more like regular beef like most "steak" at Asian cuisine. No complaints there either. Tender and no tough spots in the meat which is definitely a positive. Come check it out if you're into Ramen that's a bit different, but the same great quality. read more

My husband and I order from here all the time. We chose them over a place way close to us. I pay $12 for delivery on a $18 order ($30 total for $18 order). Yet tonight I get a bowl about 40 percent of broth. The amount of noodles looks like they're for a 2 yr old. That lid is usually full. The bottom of the lid isn't even covered. I asked for extra onions, cilantro, and white onion. As you can tell I got hardly any at all. Normally when you put everything in the container together it's about to over flow. I added extra items of my own and you can tell it's maybe 75% full after everything they gave me and more that I had. TRULY SAD AND DISAPPOINTED!!!! May have to evaluate ordering from there again. read more

Established in 2013.

Over the course of time, it has always been my dream (Thomas Lee) to establish a Vietnamese restaurant. With careful planning, I have been able to create a restaurant with affordable prices which is family-friendly. Each day, we review and assess how we can better the restaurant in order to provide our customers with delicious Vietnamese food. Our kitchen staff consists of only family members who have been hand-picked and learned how to cook through their childhood experiences of watching their parents make them Pho. Our recipe has been passed down through generations of family in order to ensure that the tradition of cooking healthy and delicious Pho will live on forever. We strive to combine the most natural and fresh ingredients; using the world's finest spices, fresh noodles, and USDA approved beef to create healthy food without the cost of taste. Our Menu is a culmination of ingredients which allows you to indulge without guilt.

Meet the Business Owner: Thomas L.

As I grew up in Vietnam, my family was extremely poor and my siblings were always attempting to make money in order to care of our parents. After marrying my wife, I moved to the USA and worked day and night in order to create a life for my children that would be better than the one I grew up in. However, I was shocked to learn that the majority of the US had never experienced Vietnamese food! I soon worked towards creating a restaurant in which I could serve delicious Pho while providing an environment for families. This dream was soon accomplished on September 20, 2013 when Ocean Pho had its Grand Opening which allowed me to serve the community Vietnamese food in order to provide them with a cultural change-up in their daily diets.

For a Saturday at 4:30pm, we were seated and waited on immediately. The menu was expansive and I was surprised with the amount of vegetarian options for a Chinese restaurant. Our server was helpful in suggesting various fish options and knew their wait times. Some notable dishes were the sizzling beef with black pepper, beef scallion rolls, honey walnut chicken, mapo tofu, and fried chicken. The dishes that could be improved for flavor were the vegetarian steamed dumplings, steamed whole fish, and beef chow fun. We probably ordered around 8-10 plates (all dishes came with rice) and many arrived at the same time. The prices were very reasonable for the portions and it was just enough for everyone. Since we had a birthday celebrant, they were able to put our personal cake in the fridge. Our server provided a complimentary matcha cheesecake and candle towards the end of our meal. His robot server sidekick also sang happy birthday! I did feel like they were understaffed because the lobby hostess had to find the server for me several times when I asked for our cake and the check. When we arrived, the hostess attempted to seat us at a table that would not have comfortably accommodated our group. I politely asked if we could be seated at a nearby table that had more space. In response, she rolled her eyes and let out an audible sigh, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. When we were eventually seated at the requested table, she placed the menus down abruptly and did not hand one to me directly, instead leaving it at the end of the table. The interaction came across as unnecessarily rude and, frankly, not in line with the level of service I would expect from a hostess. That said, I want to note that the rest of our experience was positive. Our server was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. The food itself was also very good (I would not recommend the orange chicken though) and something I would return for. I hope management takes the opportunity to address the front-of-house experience, as first impressions matter and can significantly impact a guest's overall perception. (She was white and had unique, colorful, round glasses)

Just make sure you order entrees and dessert altogether, otherwise you'll have to wait until a waiter is available, they're always so busy! The ambiance is nice, and they have outdoor seating too with fruit trees and a fountain. Gets a little loud during peak times but no big deal. Parking is an issue though. Tight spaces and not enough lots. Though you can park around the block along the public road. 10/10 imo. And we'll always return, especially to try other menu items.

I'd still go back to try more items from their regular menu and mango sticky rice! The space is big. It's got a full bar. The parking could be tough during rush hour.
