I used to get my pho from panda max but I have this place a try and it's decent. Every time I order tho they bring me a bowl that doesn't have everything it's suppose to come with and I'm confused if the chili oil cost money. When I went with my bf it was $2 each but when I went with my family they gave me 6 chili oils free of charge and said it doesn't cost anything. Service is okay. I always feel rushed. First time w/out my daughter (who knows her Pho restaurants better than me) and the hubby. We came in to check out their menu, although they insisted we come in and try. We did and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, hospitable and informative. They had a lot of vegetarian choices (Thank God for me! It can be a drag looking for decent vegetarian food, especially here in Yucaipa, other than Asian Cuisine, there are not many options for a vegetarian unless you only eat salads and pic the meat out. (Maybe the Greek place on the Boulevard or Tam's might offer Falafel). Anyhow, this was a treat, my husband who is nit picky about his food, loved it. Sum it up: Food was good, fresh and fast. Service was friendly, good and fast. Choices, there's a large variety of food, from soups, entrees and combos. Beverages also large selection, loved the Boba Thai Tea. Location is excellent, where Oak Glen and Boulevard meet. Lots of parking. Plastic welcomed. I came here for the first time and I was not disappointed. I am Vietnamese myself so I have tried different variations of pho. I could say this pho is very traditional and yummy. To start off, the two workers in the front were so nice and friendly. They were so welcoming and the man was nice over the phone while taking my order. Second, I took this pho Togo because of the Covid pandemic and this packaging was amazing. I've never had anything like it. I wish I took a picture of it but I had to dig in right away lol. Basically the soup is on the bottom of the bowl and all of the toppings are on top. All you have to do is dump it in and you have your own Pho bowl! It's very convenient. What I did when I went home though is I heated up the soup on the stove and poured it over the toppings to warm everything up! Now to start on the pho, the broth is so yummy and the flavor is traditional. It has so much depth in it. It's sweet and so good! The noodles, amazing. Traditional rice noodles! They were soft and great! The meat, they give you so much meat. A heaping amount which I appreciate! The veggies, they give you so much lime and bean sprouts and Vietnamese basil. I got the pho with rare steak and meatballs. This place is so great, my boyfriend lives in Yucaipa and I always complain how there's no good Vietnamese places around here so I am so glad I came across this place!!! My mom and I were looking for a viet place with a decent selection of vegetarian options and stumbled upon this place. My mom's vegetarian so she got the pho chay, while I got a beef broth pho. My mom's pretty picky with viet food but she said this place was good! I agree with her and would recommend the pho here. In town for work and I was craving Pho so I went here due to distance and reviews. Everyone was very welcoming and attentive towards me, I ordered the shredded pork rolls and oxtail pho. The rolls was tasty with the dipping fish sauce and oxtail were so yummy (wish there were more in the bowl) the broth is pretty tasty to me, the only thing were the bean sprouts looked a bit old and dark. Your page info says your pho is gluten free. (Ive attached a photo to where I found the statement). That being said I've called several of your locations and a couple of them tell me that it is not gluten free and the ones that haven't directly said it's not have no idea what I'm talking about. Can you clarify as there is conflicting information and I will get very sick if it is in fact not safe option. (Please confirm the broth, noodles, etc are all gluten free) I realize it is my responsibility to confirm that I can safely eat in a restaurant however when I don't have correct information I can't do that. This place seems to never disappoint. After an 8-month hiatus due to several issues on previous visits, my family and I came by again due to being on a time crunch. Before coming, we checked and saw that they were open until 9:30pm - we walked in at 8:27pm when the "hostess" says, "Are you ordering out - because we close in 30 minutes." I kindly apologize and tell her that her business listings show that the restaurant closes at 9:30pm. She just stares at me.
