Just good people. They taught us about the ecosystem and various animals that inhabit it. We pulled crab traps and got to handle wildlife as we learned about it. You get time to walk the Boneyard on Capers Island and it is an experience like no other. It is the most pristine beach I have ever seen. Before we boarded our boat to go back to the marina, our captain took time to show my middle kid how to throw a casting net. Very cool people. Perfect mix of education and fun! He knew the spots to go to well, and was quick to cast out some lines for us. He made sure that we brought in some fish, and, if they weren't biting in a spot, he sent us to another location. We ended up catching a good number fish that day, but overall more importantly, we had an amazing experience that I can't wait to do again. Another highlight of the trip for us were the dolphins that came out to hang by the board while we were reeling fish in. Cooler and more authentic that going to any aquarium or Sea World, these amazing and beautiful animals out on a show for us right next to the boat.
