Right away he was respectful and polite. In my few experience dealing with tow truck drivers they always seem pissed to have to tow you. Not this guy! I should have got his name. We had a great conversation about what could possibly be wrong with my car, he even suggested some things when he dropped me off at home. The mere fact that he wasn't rude and could hold a conversation with such a calm demeanor is a huge plus, you don't come across individuals like him too often. If I'm going to need any assistance in the near future I will definitely think of Ocean Shark tow service first.

This driver didn't know how to maneuver his truck to avoid Demange on my property. I did file a complaint with AAA roadside assistance. It has been impossible to get a return call from this Company, it's like this Company felt entitled, you received compensation for a Tow but drove onto my property.
