Which can be scary given the world of scammers looking to take advantage of elderly folks online, etc. I live far away from my mom so couldn't help her directly, but happened to meet Mitch when I was in town when we needed someone and now I have him go help my mom all the time. From everything to do with the printer, her phone, her computer, her wireless router, even her cable TV. And now I have him helping my elderly Aunt - again across all the electronics and computer and phone kinds of things. I'm super super grateful for his services. Mark was quick to respond and very helpful. In clueless when it comes to the model number and all on my laptop so he helped me figure out where to find numbers so I can better identify the costs. This place was cheaper than the 15 places I called in the city and could get me in and out a lot faster. The first time took about 30 minutes (just in time to check out the dollar store down the street) and the second time less than 2 hours because there were people ahead of me. I also then obviously bought a screen protector for a mere $20 which he so carefully applied for me. He cleaned it with a wipe, used special dusting tape and took his time applying it. My hubby who got his done at the Verizon store has bubbles. I would absolutely recommend this place and also recommend getting a good case. Duh. I had a fantastic one (a life proof case) until my daughter thought the lime green sealant rubber thingy was a necklace and stretched it out.
