I was surprised to be charged each time just to have it re-cemented, but at the time I didn't question it. Recently, an old filling failed, and based on my prior experience, I scheduled an appointment expecting to have a crown done. I arrived early, as usual, and was seated quickly--but then waited about 15 minutes before seeing the doctor. After a brief exam, I was told I needed a crown--which is exactly why I had scheduled the visit. After another wait, I was presented with an estimate of $2,300 (my last one here was ~$1,800 a couple years ago, so I understand pricing has gone up). I agreed to proceed. That's when I was told they didn't have time to do the procedure and I would need to come back and reschedule. This was frustrating. I had scheduled the appointment specifically for this work, arrived early, and still left without anything being done. What really pushed it over the edge was being charged for the consultation on the way out. I've since found a new dentist with a much more efficient setup--same-day crowns, lower cost, and a more professional patient experience overall. Dr. Streelman may be personable, but for me, the experience lacked the efficiency, communication, and value I expect

We had a minor hiccup on the online scheduling, but Dr. Warner and her staff responded immediately and fixed the issue. SS scheduled me for an appointment the next day. When you arrive there is plenty of parking, you are greeted by friendly staff who are professional and do an exceptionally well job in making you comfortable and informed of their procedures. Dentist said he had to do an exam first and refused to have my teeth cleaned. I had x-rays from previous dentist, but this was not adequate and they needed more x-rays since I was a new patient. I told them I had an ultrasound done a few years ago. However this was still not adequate. I just had my teeth cleaned in Sept 2025 and have my teeth cleaned every 6 month's with excellent dental care. with current x-rays. I would never go back to this office or see this Dentist again. Waste of time. Don't go here if you're pregnant! I filled…read moreout all of my insurance information and medical history in advance for their online check-in. This history included the fact that I'm pregnant. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment to make sure check-in was complete, and they still had not verified my insurance. They informed me that the dentist wanted to perform x-rays before my routine cleaning, and I let them know I was not comfortable with that considering I am in first trimester of pregnancy and I would like to proceed with a standard cleaning and save the x-rays for after delivery. Waited another 30 minutes for them to say that the dentist would not do even a basic cleaning, despite the fact that I am healthy, and X-rays are not medically necessary. The only reason they gave was that it has been a while since my last X-rays so the dentist was insisting that x-rays be done before a routine cleaning. What a silly reason. Not a medical or clinical justification, just, "it's been a while." They also did not think to let me know in advance that this would be required even though I included it on my E check-in information. I wasted over an hour and took time off work to be here only to find out that they will not help me. I understand the Dentist wanting to have as much information as possible to do a thorough exam as X-rays provide information about oral health that you can't see otherwise. I even understand they may fear liability if something is missed without the X-rays. However, if a Dentist truly cares about the oral health of a patient, don't you think providing at least a routine cleaning is better than doing nothing at all? It appears at this office the ability to bill insurance for x-rays is more important than actually helping the patient. Although the risks of harm by an xray to a growing fetus is relatively low, why would I take on any risk at all? For moms who want to skip X-rays due to pregnancy, keep in mind that this office is only able to accommodate the needs of non-pregnant people.
