A plus is how well they take care of the merchandise you have purchased taking the time to wrap them carefully so they do not get damaged ran transporting. So far the things that I've needed I've always have no problem finding them available here. They seem to be quick to get holiday items out, which is nice. I know people shiver when they see the Christmas things being pulled to the floor early, but it's nice to get a Headstart on shopping for decorations. One thing I wish they had is more floor staff and friendly ones to match the ones working at the register. I think the prices are reasonable, very reasonable. Parking is plenty full. It does get crowded, but there is still plenty of parking. You will find me back here shopping.

Huge selection, great prices, & they're always gracious with my buddy Pete. My only hiccup was discovering at checkout that tap-to-pay isn't accepted. In hindsight, the manually entered SKU numbers should've been my clue. Nothing says "crafting vintage" like holding up the line while repeatedly trying to pay with a phone that never stood a chance.‍ Come for the deals. Stay for the cardio.

BUYER BEWARE: this business and its owner should be avoided at all costs. Our experience has been…read morea nightmare which culminated in a police report filed after the owner brandished a firearm. We trusted Gina with another project after a prior one went fine. The one in question involved her carelessly leaving dust under the frame. She lied about it being dust and said it was the a flaw on the print. She offered to reframe it if I got a duplicate replacement. When the frame with the duplicate was complete, she returned the original print - no dust was there. She admitted that she had missed the dust. All of this problem could have been easily avoided except due to her carelessness. When we inspected the re-do, we found the previous flawless print/gicle was creased in the frame - print #2 now damaged. She negotiated a replacement with the artist again (#3) and reframed it. Today, when I went to pick it up, I asked for the creased print back (#2.) She refused to give me my original back ... was hostile. When I demanded my property she produced a firearm and threatened me with it in front of my family. The story speaks for itself. A police report was filed with SD Sheriff and complaint filed with the BBB. Update May 2026: the product received from Art & Frame was quoted and priced as premium materials. Those materials are now discoloring behind the frame. 1 star review earned

You pick out the unfinished piece you want, gather your paint and supplies from the shelf, and then spend a couple hours painting them and turn them in for final firing. The pieces are priced reasonably -- it includes all supplies and the final firing. My friend chose a mug that holds a cookie on the bottom and decided to transform it into a likeness of her pug dog-- see the photo... Mine was much more tame-- I picked out a small geometric vase and ended up painting it an ombre shade of an earthy purple. We sat and enjoyed the experience and they offer a concierge type service-- they cleaned up everything for us! Very chill and fun evening- will do again .

The selection was low the day we painted, but on the day we picked up the selection was plenty with well stocked shelves. Brushes and cups of water are already neatly set up at the tables. The only thing you have to do is get your paint in the bottled containers. Little hands may need assistance with this or leave it to the adults to prep the paint dish. I really like the space in the Art Cafe. There is plenty of room between each table. It may be different with more customers (we were the only ones on this weekday visit). But even then, I think there is more plenty of space you don't have to worry bumping into someone. I find all ceramic cafes to be a bit pricey but this is something to do once in awhile. I find it therapeutic and I love to watch the kids paint and be creative with their piece. Great bonding time with someone or good, quiet creative time for just yourself. Go check them out.
