When you're camping a lot you often need things a lot! Get it! Today I popped into camp Abbott Ace Hardware. Compared to other Ace's this one is 5 Aces. Well organized. Lots of service with a smile. Everything a hardware store should have plus a card shop and clothing. Everything everything everything tools, paint, hardware, electrical, plumbing, more, lawn, garden and more and more and more. Ace is the place. This is certainly the place that is extremely well organized. Big shout out to Doug who helped me shop around the store and had a lot of knowledge of the things I needed.

Recent shopping included light bulbs (okay, that's an easy one), coffee maker, ash can and foosballs. They never seem to disappoint. Full selection of your "traditional" hardware like items, plus so much more including extensive selection of housewares and decor, gifts, clothing (tons of Carhartt), sporting goods, cleaning supplies, outdoor furniture and garden, etc. Knowledgable and very helpful staff. There is also a Hallmark store inside which seems a little odd, but nonetheless, fully stocked with everything you might expect a Hallmark store to have. We keep buying Dots pretzels which are conveniently located by the register, it's an impulse buy, but a good one. This is a store that is worth checking out when you are in the area.

When they asked me to come get it, I said could they return it. The woman said they would have to pay taxes and fees to return it. I offered to pay the fees and she said they couldn't collect the fees. So I drove to Sister's, picked up the GD thing to return it myself and save them $12.30. I look at how to return it "We recommend you return it to a retail store, where they will issue a refund minus fees". UGH! Never again any ACE. LOWE's is my suggestion.

*Rude, impatient owner*…read more Busy Sunday morning in this area of Terrebonne. Pulled into parking lot solely to drop off spouse. Signage that says parking is for business only, no other signage. Spouse walking away from vehicle and I hear incessant honking, since I cannot see where it is coming from, I hesitate to move. Truck pulls up behind me, so now I couldn't move. Turns out, the man in the truck is yelling at my spouse for parking, 'in his spot'", as he is the owner and trying to run a business. My spouse points out that I am still in the car and the vehicle is running. We just decided to leave. Moving forward, we will drive the extra 5-6 miles into Redmond for supplies due to unprofessional behavior.
