I understand that the average worker there probably isn't considering a career with the company, but the level of incompetence and utter disregard for making my ownership satisfaction is astonishing. We are at a disadvantage as there is really only one Honda dealership in our area, but at this point, if I were to purchase another Honda, I'll drive the extra two hours to purchase from a dealer that values their customers. Honda builds excellent and reliable motorcycles, but the support from this particular dealership is abysmal.

These folks REALLY saved me on July 1st: I was staying at Black Butte Ranch for a week, had driven…read moreup so we could use our Specialized bikes which we love instead of renting like we did last year: I had a problem with none of my gears shifting even tho my SRAM app said my batteries were good; turns out the brake batteries were dead; Ian and Gary at Project Bike assessed the problem right away and I was on my way in 10 minutes ! Wished e had this shop & these guys in Tucson ; simply AWESOME ending to what started as a bad day !!

My BF bought a brand new bike from them and from day one had shifting issues. He kept taking it…read moreback and they "adjusted" it for him, only to have the problem continue. Multiple times back, never fixed the problem. The last time they tried to upsell him a whole new drivetrain for $1500. Took it to another shop in town, and they said derailleur was grossly out of alignment and wore out his chain and cassette. So basically PB was gaslighting BF for 2 years saying nothing was wrong when the bike was set up like trash from day one. Obviously they are not competent mechanics or they would have fixed this immediately. Instead they just wanted more parts business by letting him destroy his bike.
