So a lack of care for the quality of meats and poor trading and quality control to send out steamed/stewey cuts on the bottom side. The next time I want a good ribeye I'll either cook it at home or I'll go to the Pine Bluff Casino; I know they have good ribeye stakes. FYI, I've grilled ribeye steaks for years, that is the only cut I buy for myself, my husband loves New York Strips, so the difference is clear to me.
