We had to go elsewhere & pay a $4 fee. This week we needed to take out $400. It would only give us hundreds. Half the stores won't take a hundred dollar bills. Half the time it's out of service. The BIGGEST PROBLEM is the customer service phone system. It's OBNOXIOUS. It takes 5 minutes to get through lots of nonsense until you can pick an option for the type of help you want. The agents have told me everyone complains about it. Any company that would use that on their phone system HATES THEIR CUSTOMERS. Synovus bought out my old bank that I've used for 40 yrs and now I have to switch because half the time there's some type of problem w the ATM.
