One of my biggest mistake is what's going to this place customer service is horrible. I was trying to buy stereo android for my car the guy started talking about speakers& the sounds he likes so for 5 minutes then I say I'm only here to buy stereo so he not even show me nothing only onen stereo I need it so he took a deposit on the 2 nd of the month he say it will take 1 week to get here so 1 week 2 weeks 3weeks I go back and he say we have not got the stereo because it's CHINA New Year's and I'm not thinking what is that has to do with us there taking a month to get here so give him another week than another week and nothing they don't even apologize. Horrible experience from the start first came in for a wire troubleshooting since my car kept shutting off due to a bad install from another shop, owner quoted me $60 if the issue was found and fixed. I show up the next day owner isn't even in and after "checking" car all I'm told is loose wires that were tightened up. Then I let him know I'd be interested in a sound system for my voice system. He let me know of a combo which would be deaf bounce apocalypse speakers and tweeters and deaf bounce amp. Quoted $1080 which seemed expensive but trusted the work. Never got a call for when the car was ready just a estimated time it might be ready only get a call 10 minutes before closing stating I needed to pick up the car before the shop closed or I wouldn't be able to get it until the next working day. I show up and pay the total which I'm told they switched my amps around due to one being powered on all the time and the same day I noticed now my existing sub cut off and doesn't even kick bass like when I got it installed and had for over a year as well the speakers made a extremely loud buzzing sound with no volume or anything playing. Go back in store next day get told I need a "new bass system" for another $1200 to get my bass back like before. They supposedly trouble shoot and fix the wiring which they never replaced just plugged into existing old shops wiring. Sloppy install as well amp isn't even screwed down and moves everywhere. When I removed my panel I also saw the joke of a wiring and cutting job they did which a 5 year old with a DreMel could of done read more

DO NOT GO HERE! NO GASTAS TU DINERO Y TIEMPO AQUI es un SCAM no sibren estos weyes i came from SF to get a kill switch 1st they took HOURS to install it .. which i would've understood if they were busy but they literally were just yapping and letting time pass. When i respectfully finally asked "sorry just curious how much longer?" the other worker who was supposedly working on my car came out of the blue and and was like " it's ready now" which had me thinking it had been ready but he was just too lazy to say something. I WAS DESPERATE to get home so i head home when i tried showing my family the kill switch we all noticed he left all the wires and my piece unattached. i was furious. I then headed BACK to san leandro and arrived at 10am they all ended up showing up around 10:05. I was the first and only customer there but Him and his team avoided fixing my car for 40 minutes. Omar was talking/flirting with his wife and the other guy was doing NOTHING just sweeping the floor and then this other big fella was just putting open signs out...i wasted my gas 1 hour and 40 in traffic and payed another toll for them to fix their mistake and all he did was offer a discount for the next time. I respectfully told him he will never see me again. He fixed it but still left wires out & said it wasn't him that made it like that... Customer service is horrible, stereo installed with camera which was ok, but my airbag light is on and the stereo doesnt play the radio and was told they have ordered the part and they would fix the airbag light and stereo same day. I called this business a little over a week ago and spoke to the owner Omar. I asked if they carry HID lights for my SUV. My right headlight went out and I needed it replaced immediately. Omar told me to come in and he would replace them. The labor took a little over an hour and the cost for everything was about $200. Yesterday was the first time I had the car on the road at night. I couldnt see the road on the freeway or Skyline Blvd 2 inches in front of me. Either the lights were not properly installed, or they were the wrong ones. I sent Omar a text a few times and got no reply. I called from my phone number today during business hours and no answer still. Then a few minutes later I blocked my number and called again, Whala!!! Omar answers. I explain the issue and he offers a refund or to come in 3 days later as they are extremely too busy to even fix what was never fixed to begin with. I told him that it's dangerous to drive at night with non working brand new lights and he just acted like he didn't care at all. I thought about it and will be returning for a FULL REFUND!!! You can visit the location yourself and decide whether this is the place for you. For me the customer service could use a lot of work and its very disappointing to have experienced that Omar doesn't seem to care about his customers safety. About a year and a half ago I got a car alarm installed and I was very satisfied. Recently my car wouldn't turn on after getting it looked at it was found out the it was the installed car alarm system. I had contacted the shop to explain what happened and towed the car to them. It turned out that a fuse to the alarm was blown. Omar was very helpful and fixed it free of charge very satisfied with their service and how quickly they were to fix the problem. read more

ALSO KNOWN AS OC'S CAR AUDIO - NOT TRUSTWORTHY, DO NOT GO HERE. I have had the worst experience here. I paid over $3,000 for two 12's, amp, apple car play, & back up camera. It was not supposed to take more than a day. During this process, they broke my trunk. It took them an entire day to get it to keep closed. It closed by luck, but was not fixed. They said they are going to order me a new latch for my trunk since they are the ones who broke it. Ok fine- days pass & I am still waiting for this part to come in so they can fix my trunk. While my car was parked outside, my trunk somehow opened & someone saw my sound system. EVERYTHING WAS STOLEN! It was not even a week and a half yet since I got everything installed. I had a panic attack, made a police report and called Omar right away. He told me to bring my car to the shop, which I did. When I get to the shop, omar is not even there. I then have to waste my time explaining everything to his "partner" of whom I have NEVER met. His partner had no idea about my trunk situation. It is very obvious the 2 owners do not communicate together well about the customers at all. He said Omar was on vacation. Omar told us on the phone that he is going to replace everything for me since this wouldnt have happened if his team never broke my trunk. Weeks pass, I am going in circles & I am being very patient just trying to find a solution that is fair for both of us. They now will not help me and are washing their hands of the situation. What kind of place will break your trunk, knowing the subs are in there, tell you they will fix it right away, then dont allowing everything you paid for to get stolen.
