Went today for Moto gear, had the best experience. Customer service killer. Owners are rad. Store is amazing. Check this place out before you buy anywhere else.

    Everything you need!

As soon as you walk in this place, you're greeted, not harassed. Lol. I came here originally to get a helmet because I know that they are reasonably priced, with great designs. I also left with some killer shirts that happened to be on sale for about $5-10 apiece. While here I also purchased some tires for my ATV for a last minute ride we decided so go on... however upon getting home we realized that we got the wrong size tires. Anyways I brought them up the next day with my receipt and Donny and C.J , worked extremely hard to try to find me some new tires that were the size I needed to exchange . Donny ran from the back to the front, then would look in the computer, to try to exhaust all options for me. In the end, I left a very happy costumer with my new tires, that Fen took out to my truck for me . Thanks for making this easy. Ride time.

I have been here multiple times to get MX gear, parts, and chemicals. The staff are always helpful. Best shop around in my opinion.

So I go to the dealer and unless I pay the $181.00 tax difference they won't give me a copy of the title The money is not the issue it's the fact they made a mistake and expected me to pay for there error. Imagine the last item you bought and getting a call from where you bought it and they say they made a mistake and unless you pay them for there mistake you have to return the item. So good for them I will never buy another car from them nor will I ever have a nice thing to say about then. And I will never use them for servicing.

My husband and I were called liars, our problem was called "imaginary" and the best part? We were told "as far as we are concerned we are done with the car." It was so bad we filed a complaint with Toyota corporate. Stay as far away as possible from this dealership. They give a whole new meaning to the horrible reputation car salesman have. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I wanted to add something that shows a little bit about their integrity and business practices. If you look at the filter button at the bottom of this page you will see a large number of reviews have been filtered (at this time it is 11). Please note the dates (if you take the time to read the reviews.) All of the dates are within one week of each other. Coincidentally that coincides with the date my initial review was writting. You will also note multiple reviews by the same people. Amazingly they are all 5 stars. Also note that one was removed for violating Yelp rules (he was an employee). I really think the fact that you have asked people to review your business is inexcusable. That is not what Yelp is about.

0 Stars. Avoid these mechanics…read more Took my bike in for a diagnostic, but didn't authorize any work. I wanted to see how much the fix would cost before sinking the money into it. Got a phone call two weeks later slapping me with a $400 bill for work they'd gone ahead and done. Unethical but it was within my price range, so I shrugged it off and picked up the bike. It quit on me 45 minutes after riding it. I called them back and they were surprised and came and picked it up. Said they'd get on it first thing Monday. Two weeks later I hadn't heard back from them, so I called them up. "Oh yeah, your bike is ready, man. We rode it around this morning, rides great." Went back to pick it up. As the owner's son was pulling my bike out of the garage, it started literally gushing fuel out of the line. Turns out the inline fuel filter they'd added had been installed incorrectly. But rather than install it correctly, they just took it out. This took them a week to do before calling me and saying once again that it was ready. So I picked it up a second time. The bike quit on me again after about 30 minutes of riding. Wouldn't fire up at all. I was really beginning to question how honest they were being about riding my bike around with no problems. So I took it back again for round three. The owner said he would personally look at the petcocks that day and get back to me. Two weeks later -- still no call. So I called them back. The owner hadn't looked at the petcocks and seemed confused about the bike. He said he'd look at it that day. After a few more days of me calling back, he finally reported that the bike seemed good to him, that it started up fine and he was riding it around. So I went back to get it a third time. He started the bike up for me and I noticed that a LOT of exhaust was coming out of the bike and it was backfiring/popping quite a bit even as it idled, also that the idle was extremely unstable, just chugging away like it was trying to catch its breath. He said, "Yeah, you're running a little rich, but nothing major." I straight up asked him, "Do you think this bike is okay?" He said "Yeah, you're fine." Nope. The bike died on me again after about an hour of riding, (and burned over half a tank of fuel in that time). This time I gave up and took it to another shop. Turns out the bike is actually in bad shape -- the carbs are unbalanced and all out of whack. Interesting thing is, Iron Hogz's original work with my bike involved cleaning, rebuilding, and balancing the carbs. Long story short, Iron Hogz did work on my bike without permission, charged me anyway, majorly screwed up the job they did, neglected to prioritize fixing their mistake, actually never fixed their mistake, and sent me away with a dangerous bike situation three times. I mean, come on... if you're trying to give a "ready" bike back to a customer and its spraying fuel all over the place... your shop has serious problems.
