CB charged $85 for labor, $270 for the part, plus tax! This is a clear case of gouging the customer. The next time I need service, I'll consider more cost effective options.

They also give photos of the items in question. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable. When I picked up the car there was a handwritten note thanking me for the business. In this day - any thank you note is an above and beyond gesture, but to have it hand written was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely continue to do business with them.

The car is beautiful . . . until some careless parking lot person put a GIANT ding in my passenger side door. It was 10:00 in the morning today, Monday, and I called the Dent Dude. I spoke with Tim. He said to bring the car in and he would do all he could to repair it. I said I would be right there. I left my home in West Chester and drove right to their shop in Loveland. This was a 20 minute drive. They quickly greeted me, took the car in, gave me an estimate and repaired the dent.
