I had the car washed yesterday and paid 91.00 to do some detail. They did ok with the interior but the exterior still had bugs on the grill which the young lady cleaned off. When I got home and under closer inspection I had water drops on several areas of the car and it looked like the windows had not been cleaned on the outside. I went back today to redo the exterior which they did for free but the cashier took away my next wash within 10 days which was also supposed to be free. She said I did not get a full wash and would not reinstate after my explanation as to why I was back in 24 hours. Will not go back read more

I would not recommmend this place! You paying top dollar to get the ultimate package and you get junk! Not sure if it was just a bad day but for sure not coming back to this car wash! I brought a friends filthy car, O to team made it beautiful with the $54 package. Truly beautig! So I brought a boss' truck- prolly last washed at least 9 Mo ago, and lives on a dirt road. Too pricy for what it is. I had a full service detail done here and it cost almost $200. The did a fine enough job but not what I would call a true car detailing. Also the products they used left a greasy film on my dash and steering wheel that I had to wipe down when I got home. My suggestion, get the regular $20-$30 service paying up above that isn't worth it. They do a good job on the exterior and running a vacuum through the vehicle but not $200 good. read more

I'm very impressed with their super clean car detail service. I haven't had time to deep clean my car since it got so hot outside and they did a great job for me. It took about 45 minutes and they were busy but this was worth the wait time. I drive a lot for work and there were caked on bugs that I couldn't get off at Mr. Carwash that they took the time to clean. My tires and wheels shine! I'm giving 4/5 stars because I paid extra for a wax job but it does not appear that I received it and there are a couple of areas that they didn't completely wash off. However, the windows are clean and clear and the inside is so much cleaner than I could have gotten it at home. read more

Save your money! There were 2 cars in line when I arrived so they were not busy. Paid for the ultimate and now I'm headed home to wipe down my dash, clean my windows and actually wash the car that I just paid to have washed. All of my windows are still dirty. My hood still covered in sap. Basically they sort of vacuumed my car and drove it through. Ask them if they can take care of these things and they tell me they are busy. I paid for a service and i just would like the service to be done. This place used.to be great. Increased competition from mister should make a local business more attractive but not anymore. Customer service and quality are terrible. I won't return. read more

This place keeps busy! Goodness, there were about one dozen other cars while I was there. I went with some special at about $22 that gave me the full exterior wash, a wash for the belly of the car and the interior clean along with a spiffy shine on the tires at the end. Good reasonable price. But I was super aggravated with the attendant. When I drove up, he asked me if I had "tried" to wash my car. Eh? "You have some serious calcium build up here. Did you try to wash your car?" It occurred to me what he was referencing -- I parked my car in a spot that, unknowingly, had a sprinkler system nearby. I returned to find my car splattered with spots. "I would recommend getting a wax because I am not sure a wash is going to get all of that out." Now, he's the professional. But, goodness, you would think that he would have been able to tell that I had gotten my car waxed recently -- no more than one month prior to be precise. No? Didn't notice? Oh, OK. I told him I wouldn't be getting a wax that day; I just got my car waxed. His response: "Hopefully it will come off then." ...hopefully?! Isn't that the point of a wax job? Even after this brief exchange, he still tried to up-sale me on something else. Goodness me! But, tell you folks, when another attendant waved me over because my car was set to go, I was thoroughly impressed. She looked gorgeous! ...until I got in the car. I paid for Ultimate wash, $33. My car dash was not wiped down, no cup holder vacuumed. Poor vacuum job, exterior clean.

Absolutely disappointed. I have a new car so it wasn't too dirty to begin with but I wanted a good detail on the inside. I left with it not even looking like they touched it. It hadn't been vacuumed and the dash where the monitor is and buttons hadn't even been dusted or wiped down. After waiting 70min I had to return to work so I had to leave but I emailed them right when I left and attached pictures and their only response was what is my license plate and then I never heard back. Update: I don't think I will return to this place. I used to love the service I received here but the last two times were not good. This last time was so bad that I took my car home to re-clean. This is my usual car wash and I love the job they do on my car. I just never thought to yelp it, lol! Today was a four star service vs the five stars normally get. Today my windows will need rewashed when I get home because I can see the foggy wipe streaks on the front and side windows and they didn't roll the side windows down to get that little part at the top. However....I still wouldn't get the $28.99 car wash from them. I have to redo the inside as it is dusty yet, I can hardly see out the windshield when the sun hits it and the vacuum job was mediocre. I had my van washed a week ago and would like to complement Tony on his patience and assistance. I am disabled and was having a bad day. I had difficulty walking everywhere. When I exited the van to pay, he and others helped me up the curb. Are used their restroom (Very nice and clean) and upon exiting was greeted by Tony saying that I need to drive my van through the car wash. I believe it is because the van is also equipped with hand controls and they previously had a bad experience with someone else's van. Because of my difficulty walking, Tony backed up the van from the vacuum area so that I could walk very few feet to get into the driver seat. This would have been a much more difficult experience for me without the kindness of Tony. I believe Tony said he's been with the company's for 25 years. Thanks for keeping the good ones, Octopus! I am giving this only a four star rating because it's much as they cleaned the windshield, there were spots and smears that I saw after leaving. read more

It was understandably busy since we just had snow and rain. We we're greeted quickly and headed to the vacuum station. We only waited about twenty-five minutes for the truck to be washed. When we walked out we immediately noticed that there was still dirt around the bottom of the truck and they didn't dry one half off. The windows were smudged and the inside looked as if it hadn't been touched. I was instantly irritated that we paid $24.99 for a crappy car wash. I won't be subjecting myself to this insanity again. You get what you pay for. Went to this place 2 times total in the 3 years I have lived out here. First time they did a a decent job for "The Works" package. Went again a couple days ago and they half assed it. Still had dirt and film on the exterior. Windows weren't wiped clean both inside and out. Floor boards still have stuff left behind from not vacuuming it out. There were at least 6 of them on board cleaning my vehicle, how do you manage to miss all this? Beware of this car wash as they will attempt to rip you off. Tuesdays are 1/2 price days but the greeter will tell you it's only on the wash only. This is not true. It's for all washes. So I went to Octopus car wash this morning because I needed a quick wash, the inside of the car vacuumed, the windows cleaned, and I had spilled a small amount of coffee on the center console I just needed wiped. It wasn't a huge mess. Less than the size of half a dollar bill. The greeter informed me that they couldn't clean the console, because "they want you to buy the $45 detail package". You're kidding! For $17.00 or more, they won't wipe down the center console?? They did wipe down the dashboard (did a lousy job, by the way). From now on, I'm sticking with Surf Through Express just down the street. A lot cheaper, free vacuums, and I'll just bring my own window cleaner and interior cleaner. Oh, and I can't blame the lousy job of cleaning my car on kids they hire. This morning, it was all adults and managers. And frankly, they don't care. read more
