Visited multiple times (3x) to inject and laser some keloids on my chest and back. Still healing from the most recent treatment but I am very pleased with the results-- I had concerns about residual itching after the first two visits (which is common according to my dermatologist) and they adjusted the steroid injections accordingly. It's only been 1-2 weeks but they are much flatter and have not itched since injection. In addition, they recently renovated their office and it's beautiful! Check in is always a breeze. Israel and Dr. Lee (along with the rest of the office) are extremely personable. I required eyelid reconstruction following MOHs surgery. As can be imagined it required a very delicate and precise procedure. Frankly I was very concerned about having it done. GROSS NEGLIGENCE, MALPRACTICE, AND INCOMPETENCE! Both "doctor" Lee and Israel are responsible in disfiguring my face. He was on record stating he would refund me as I had to pay thousands of dollars to fix both of their "mistakes" as bradford could not even pay for the hydroquinone he prescribed himself. If you ask any credible dermatologist, hydroquinone is not going to do anything for the BURNS he left all of my face. At no point in time was I provided with aftercare instructions, nor did Israel contact bradford after completely burning and disfiguring my face. He simply handed me a mask and sent me on my way telling me I should have my face biopsied because of the reaction my face had. I went to see chief of dermatology at straub after have burns to my face and the doctor said they were "inexperienced, went too aggressive with the microneedling, or didn't use aseptic techniques, and gave me an infection". Would you want either of those to happen to you? As bradford previously tried to blame me and say I "asked for this," no one in their right mind would ask for burns to their face, thousands of dollars in permanent damage, and scarring, and to be left looking like they went to a butcher. Furthermore, Israel said "the face can take a beating" is this what you meant by a beating? The dermatologist was appalled by what was said and done to me at this office and even said herself that it is the responsibility of the professional to advise and properly treat and given that hyperpigmentation was left on my face after getting picosure and microneedling, it's obvious they were incompetent and did not know how to use either the laser and microneedling. The dermatologist advised to only have procedures like this done by a dermatologist. Please listen and take my advice, if they can't do a simple procedure like microneedling, I wouldn't trust them with lasers, or even worse, plastic surgery. I work in healthcare myself and have a medical background and there was negligence and malpractice all around. This should've never happened not should the patient have to pay for damages caused by bradford and Israel. The least they could've done was pay for the microneedling after causing hyperpigmentation to my face from PICO. It was under advisement from bradford to microneedle my face after I was left with new hyperpigmentation (that I never had before, and darker, old sunspots). At no point in time was direct supervision provided to Israel, despite having permanent damage done to my face, further proving his incompetence and negligence. All PAs in HI need supervision and when questioned why he allowed this to happen twice on 2 different occasions and decided direct supervision was not necessary, he said "you asked for this". Again, no one in their right mind would WANT more and new hyperpigmentation. I went there for what should've been a simple procedure to remove some mild sunspots.. bradford is not even aware of how long his PA is licensed and worked as a licensed PA, which should also alarm you. He said he has 2 yrs of experience working as a medical assistant. A physcians assistant and medical assistant are 2 totally different things, one doesn't require a degree. If you're employing staff here, shouldn't you know their background and experience level? Makes you wonder what happened in TX to prompt Israel's move all the way to HI. Perhaps this happened to other patients in TX as well. BTW, be very careful as he is paying for fake 5 star reviews and to have honest reviews removed. He and Israel have been reported to the state board and grievances were filed with QMC. read more

Update 09/28/23. I just left the office. Teya was at the front and she was informative and attentive to my questions. PA Tammy helped take out my eye stents (after @3 months) and she was very careful to ask me how I felt throughout the procedure. It stung a bit for one eye and she applied a numbing drop that helped a lot. And I was done! Prior to this, the surgery went well (I was out cold so I'm guessing it went well ). The only surprise for me was that a tube was placed down my throat! I wasn't expecting that so I woke up with a cough and sore throat. Dr. Lee's other PA did the follow up check up and took pictures. Not much to say at this appointment. Dr. Lee was very accessible throughout this process and answered my questions. Super nice doctor. His office does a lot of other cosmetic procedures and it's tempting to try! Who doesn't want to look better! I'll have to save a bit for what I'd like to try! Office is clean and welcoming.
