From A to Z, things could not have gone better with this entire meeting, surgery, and post-op care. But here's the nuts and bolts of what most really care about... COST: I initially went for a consultation at another clinic, and I was quoted prices that were not only out of line for the procedure I wanted but were genuinely astronomical. It stands to reason they would charge so much more when you realize that you are paying for nearly 100 staff members who mostly do everything but surgery (i.e., facials, etc.). After doing my due diligence, speaking with a number of women who have been patients of Dr. Feguson, and then coming in for the initial consult, I was so thoroughly impressed by Emma, Theresa, and company that I paid for everything right there on the spot. The total cost was slightly less than half of what the other joint quoted me. RESULTS: Let's face it... we're all getting older, and some of us are uglier than others. I was getting so ugly and wrinkly that I would wear a wig backward, put a mask on the back of my head, and walk in reverse everywhere I went. I'm not kidding. Small children would shriek and cry, women would shout "EEK!" and run away, and dogs would make that high-pitched howling they do when they hear a fire engine siren. Doctor Ferguson fixed that problem, and now I can't keep my hands off myself. I'm sure that is probably illegal in several states, but I don't care. HAPPY ENDING: Ladies, you can bet your sweet patootie that if I need more surgery to entice women to throw their lingerie at me, I will make The Ferguson Clinic my first and only stop! Don't expect them to stand behind the treatment that THEY recommend. They talked me out of the treatment I inquired about and they recommended something different. When it did absolutely nothing, they wouldn't do anything about it. They offered a discount on a face lift, which they know I am not ready for. Maybe that was the game plan all along, to treat me with a something they new wouldn't work, (and that I paid a lot of money for) and then tell me nothing will work but a face lift! I had a great experience with Dr. Ferguson and his staff. I had a cosmetic procedure before with another clinic so had a prior experience to compare it to. I wanted a Mommy makeover and got consults with several docs in the area. All quotes were out of my price range. By the time I consulted with Dr. Ferguson, I had limited my request to just a tummy tuck with lipo since I thought that was all I could afford. When his quote came in reasonable, I was able to upgrade my procedure to a full mommy makeover. I'm now 1 month PO and couldn't be more thrilled. So first of all, his staff is super nice and made you feel welcome. Dr. Ferguson himself has a very soothing manner and his personable so during the consult I felt comfortable. Now here's what set Dr. Ferguson's clinic apart in my eyes..with my prior experience with another plastic surgeon, I never saw the surgeon again after the surgery and only saw the medical assistant who always seemed annoyed with me. After my surgery with Dr. Ferguson however, each question I had was answered. Dr. Ferguson personally saw me 4 times post op for visits just to confirm that I was OK when I had any concerns. (knock on wood, I was). His staff never acted annoyed when I reached out with questions. And my compression garment ended up being too big. I have been going to The Ferguson Clinic for years to get services at Beauty Defined Hawaii. Teresa is so sweet and the office and services are excellent. I have received facials and laser hair removal there and have seen a big improvement in my skin's texture and color. The estheticians Tatyana and Jaz are so knowledgeable and thorough. I purchase the laser and Hydrafacial packages and add on dermaplaning. The price is so reasonable for the quality of the service and products that they use. I have had hormonal acne for decades (even needed acne 3 times!) but regular treatments with Tatyana (Tanya) has made my skin so much more supple and I am surprised to get compliments after struggling with my skin for many years. I use Zo and Skinceuticals products and am also surprised at how reasonable that they are priced. They feel great on my sensitve skin and I can tell they are good quality. The facials and dermaplaning really help the products to absorb when I apply them at home between treatments. I prefer the old fashioned soft, cloth, water proof, flexible bags, that are the fill with ice and put cap on... get enough ice bags to cover your entire procedure done, and where the swelling goes down, since my procedure was a face lift, I really like enough ice bags to cover entire face, neck, and shoulders too. Trust me, sleep propped up with all the ice on, I loved it, increased recovery from swelling, and I never got a headache! Lol ...And get the same amount of ice bags needed to fill up, and keep in freezer to alternate them. Their staff is all so very sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable! Five star rating to Dr. Ferguson and his staff for the quality service I received for my consultation, pre-operative appointment, day of surgery, and continuing post-op appointments for the breast augmentation service. Out of all of the surgeons I had a consultation with, I felt the most comfortable with Dr. Ferguson. He took his time to answer all of my questions. He and his staff guided me through the entire process. They also followed up with me the same day right after my surgery and called me to remind me to attend the post-op appointment. Where to begin.... I visited the Ferguson Clinic in 2021 for a consultation. At that time I received a facial, Botox and some fillers. My long term goal was to some day get the mid facelift (The Gold Standard) as recommended by the amazing, talented Dr Ferguson. He patiently explained the procedure to me, provided me with some information about the procedure and a quote. In February 2023 I scheduled a consultation and returned to discuss the procedure I wanted for so very long. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by the friendliest office staff, Emma who has been wonderful in keeping me informed throughout this process. I was taken back to the room and when Dr F entered he remembered me by name. He asked about my family and immediately made me feel comfortable. He explained the procedure again in detail and patiently answered ALL my questions. He took the time to offer suggestions to prepare for the upcoming surgery and I never felt rushed during our appointment. After that I was escorted to his Office Managers, Teresa to finalize the dates/scheduling, pre op details ect... for the surgery. Teresa was professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. Her level of professionalism far exceeded my expectations. I visited several other plastic surgeons to receive consultations prior to this appointment and never had an experience that came close to my experience with The Ferguson Clinic. After this visit my mind was completely made up that I had made the right choice in choosing The Ferguson Clinic. My surgery was scheduled for 03/23. Teresa and her staff kept me updated, provided reminders and responded to my request almost immediately throughout this process. A horrible place I never seen. Not professional at all!. There's no advice from a doctor., even from the nurse who takes your order literally, you PAY in advance and will serve you, next time ask for a delivery . Better go see a dermatologist for Botox...
