I was a patient for 8 years until recently. I never had any issue until a few weeks ago. During…read moremy annual appointment in November Dr. Glaze said I needed a contact for my right eye but have only wore one in my left eye for many years. When I tried the sample contact in the office I couldn't see anything so Dr Glaze said to just stay with wearing just my one contact. However, before Memorial Day my vision got worse so I called the office and said to order the other contact. When I received them it was for my left eye, but I wanted to be certain that it was indeed for that eye. I called the office to confirm and the girl said she would check with him and would get back with me. She never called back, so I called again and left a message on their answering machine, which states they will call back within a day. Again, didn't hear from anyone, so I called yet again because if I opened the contacts and they still didn't work I would be out the amount I already paid. I called and talked to another person and had to explain the same thing to her, and was told Dr Glaze would be back the Tuesday after Memorial Day so I waited until late Wednesday to call. I then spoke to their office manager and had to tell him the same thing and that I was having headaches and wasn't comfortable driving because my vision wasn't great. By now I was frustrated because I was then told Dr Glaze would not be back for another week . The office manager sent me more contacts that didn't work either. So, I called again and was told that they had some other contacts for me to try and I told the girl in my text that the contacts the office manger sent still didn't work, so I drove over 30 minutes one way to the office and when I got there they were the same contacts the office manager sent me, Clearly I was not happy and the office manager told me I was being difficult and rude to the staff, yet at no time did anyone offer to let me see another doctor, and they didn't even know when Dr. Glaze would be back, so if they want to say I'm was difficult, so be it. My husband runs a law office and his staff would know exactly when he would be back and they would offer a client that needed help the opportunity to see another attorney.

They will find away to add charges to medical for services never rendered. When confronted the office manager is less than pleasant and a straight liar. I'm turning my concerns over to the medical board for optometry. Also after paying for a contacts exam they didn't arrive when promised. When I returned to the states I was told I'd have to pay $275 and start over again. Even though it was less than a years time. Claiming my vision may have changed. Though they had already billed and been paid by my insurance plus received my copayment. Though they had previously responded to a complaint I filed through the insurance that when I returned I could pick up my contacts.

It's now a month later, and all three of us have had to go visit our old optometrist to get accurate prescriptions for our glasses. My prescription was so far off that when I put the glasses on it felt like I was drunk and I had a migraine immediately. I mentioned how different the prescription was in comparison to my prior one and she told me that it was just because I was getting older and that I was one step away from bifocals. My normal optometrist asked me if the doctor was brand new because it was such a rookie mistake in diagnosis. For my nine year old, she never even used the refraction tools and simply dilated his eyes and told me that his very first pair of glasses would be a very strong prescription, making me feel like the worst parent ever. Upon actual refraction, we found she prescribed twice the strength that he actually needed. So, avoid this location at all costs because what it will do is leave you without your glasses for longer than necessary and will cause you to have to run around and get retested. TL;DR - all three of us got the wrong prescription and substandard testing - run the other direction.

He always made me feel comfortable and I trusted him all the way. I had some problems and he never missed a beat. He knew exactly what to do and how to continue until I had perfect vision. I am a first time contact wearer and had no clue how to put in a contact. i went to quails springs…read moreoptical. they were very patient with me and took as long as I needed them to, to help me. doctor was very nice and informative. took her time explaining the different lenses and what would be best for my eyes. I took her advice and love the contacts she recommended! they gave me trials to last me until my contacts came and free solution and cases.
