They told us that in order to pick them up we had to completely crate everything and wrap it like we were shipping it across the country, which is super expensive and troublesome! The house is like 2 miles from the store. So we took the glass pieces out of the lights to secure them. Then when they saw the lights they said they didn't want them because they have nobody to put them back together. They never mentioned that we shouldn't take them apart at all. They were very rude to us the entire time. They must have tons of items to purchase because they treat you like they really don't want your stuff. Don't bother, just post your stuff on ebay, offerup, and facebook marketplace yourself!
