Some of these had an earliest delivery of 8-16 weeks(not their fault) out which is fine if you are replacing furniture. Some were way overpriced in addition to the wait. Havertys, Pottery Barn, MH2G had wonderful salespeople(not pushy). Baers - I really liked, but I had the laziest/uppity saleswoman from Seattle who was definitely in the wrong profession. I was going to return when she wasn't working, but found "Encore" and fell in love! OMG - At "Encore" I bought an Italian leather sofa, chairs, and loveseat, all for low prices and high quality material/upholstery and going back today to buy bedroom furniture. Arthur was a terrifically knowledgeable salesman especially as he was in the Product Development field prior so really knew the quality of the pieces, and had a wonderful eye for design. The delivery guys, Mike and Chris were also a joy to work with, were on-time. organized, and friendly. I normally don't write reviews and wasn't asked to - but I am so happy - I just had to. Each light retailed for around $5k. They told us that in order to pick them up we had to completely crate everything and wrap it like we were shipping it across the country, which is super expensive and troublesome! The house is like 2 miles from the store. So we took the glass pieces out of the lights to secure them. Then when they saw the lights they said they didn't want them because they have nobody to put them back together. They never mentioned that we shouldn't take them apart at all. They were very rude to us the entire time. They must have tons of items to purchase because they treat you like they really don't want your stuff. Don't bother, just post your stuff on ebay, offerup, and facebook marketplace yourself!
