Not complaining about how much we got for the trade value, was more than we were expecting. Now this truck was looked over by Prue Diesel, I'm not sure who looked over this truck but they must be blind. I took the word of the dealer that this had been professionally looked over, one of the main reasons we bought this truck. The truck its self has been a nightmare. I understand buying a used vehicle comes with risk but if you are told that a company has looked it over and they specialize in diesels like most people you take their word. Now the truck is sitting as a paper weight awaiting a few thousand dollar repair bill. Ill say that again a few thousand bill. I haven't owned this a month. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Now the buying process was a breeze and Ben who was great by the way did everything on the financing side and did an amazing job. Now the bottom line of the review is that I would have your mechanic that you know or trust help you look over the car or truck you wish to purchase because you'll end up like me having to pay thousands of dollars in repair bills.

When I communicated that I had confirmed the call with CS I was told that they cannot see the info on my acct regarding this information. Gas is not cheap and neither is my time.
