Soft and amazing. In my life, I've never had ribs that soft before. They were seriously incredible. The pork sausage, though, was a HIT for me. I'm a girl who loves sausage, any kind, and the way this was so juicy just hit a spot for me. Matter of fact, I'll stop cooking sausages at home and simply come buy them by the pound here. The pulled pork was good. It's my fault for putting Sweet Heat BBQ on it without trying it first because LORD JESUS. I don't know what I was thinking. I underestimated the heat, and usually I love it hot, but LORD. I think my bread absorbed all of it. So, tread lightly with the hot sauces. For me, next time I think playing with a regular BBQ sauce and adding little dashes of the heated sauces myself would be the move. BUT IF YOU LIKE CRAZY HEAT, THEY GOT IT. The mac was good. The beans were FIRE. Perfectly sweet, and they actually have protein in them, which I can't say for all BBQ bean spots. Overall, it's worth the money. The service is respectful, and honestly, I will be coming back. I'll be ordering less food next time because LORD, I bought too much, but I'll definitely be back for a fresh brisket straight off the smoker. I can't lie. All in all, they're great.
