My bathroom/shower faucet has been an issue now for a while. I bought the parts to fix it myself, but I wasn't able to get the old piece out. After much frustration I finally decided that it would be best if I found someone to do this who knew what they were doing. Naturally, I logged on to Yelp and did a search. Oscar responded immediately and he happened to have free time right when I called. He gave me an estimate that I found reasonable and came over. I showed him the parts I bought, he showed me why they wouldn't work. No surprise there. Then he got to work. I have always hated this particular faucet because it's the knob that you have to pull outward to turn it on and it sticks. Well, it sticks because it's so old it's worn out. Oscar showed me the problem and explained how it would be resolved. I said, go for it. In one short afternoon he replaced the faucet along with the plumbing inside the wall, so now I don't have any more leaks AND, best of all, I have a much nicer faucet! I don't have to hate taking a shower any more. Oscar is professional and very friendly. While he was here I had him give me quotes on a couple other things that I know the house needs, and again his price is reasonable. I'll definitely have him back again soon. read more

I absolutely cannot say enough about this amazing company! Oscar was prompt and answered my call back within an hour. We had dropped a "poopouri" bottle in the toilet which was flushed and went down the drain! Mortified at this we began trying to find a plumber - and it was Oscar to the rescue! He was excellent with communicating with me. I was unable to physically be there as I was out of town. He would send amble amount of pictures before, during, and after. This is a review that warrants more than one or two sentences. I had an urgent need to repair one of my master bedroom sinks due to a leak, which I tried to fix myself by relying on the staff at Lowes.. A total failure and a waste of time and money. I decided to use Yelp and send a few requests for quotes, a total of 5 local companies within a 5mi radius of Coral Springs (Turtle Run area). Only 3 responses within 10 minutes, while 2 of the 3 responded with the minimum charge to repair the leak and restore the sink. Now, the 3rd company was ODG Services and Maintenance. Oscar Gonzalez responded with a message on Yelp and we scheduled an appt the following day at 10am. I had to cancel the appt due to work and Oscar was pleasant and agreed to meet the following day, same time. Oscar was 5 minutes early, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, dog friendly and kept me updated before he started the work on how much it will cost and how long it will take. While he was repairing the problem sink, the second sink had a minor issue in the faucet and he took a look and found the problem. He made a quick trip to Lowes to buy the required parts and fixed sink #2. For me, this is the ULTIMATE customer service experience I've ever received besides being a guest at the Disney hotels... I live in the Coral Gate community in Margate and being a woman I am very sceptical about who I will let into my home! I looked and called the other air conditioning company's in the area and they all wanted to do is charge me $90.00 just to come out and give me an estimate. I talked to Oscar at "Odg" services and maintenance and he was really nice and said there would be no charge to stop by and check out my air conditioner. He replaced a laundry room door, added new locks and bolt, changed a light fixture, and fixed my toilet all in one afternoon. Worried that Oscar won't come out because your job is too small? Waking up to no hot water on a Monday is not the good start to a week. My water heater had tripped its breaker, because the wire had melted and shorted. It had happened twice before, and while my husband had made temporary fixes, I took the third occurrence to be a sign to call a professional. I called three other electricians-- one of them couldn't make it out until Wednesday, another couldn't make it out until the following week, and another gave me a "I might be able to go out today." Then, I called Oscar. At first he didn't answer, so I left a voicemail. He gave me a call back within 10 minutes and told me he'd be able to come out at 2 pm (I called at around 9:30 am). He said he had a couple of other jobs to handle, and that he would call me when he was done. At 1:40, he texted me and let me know he was one his way! He came and took a look, knew exactly what the problem was, and told me he was going to go to Home Depot to look at prices of the the materials he would need, and he would then send me a quote. There was no charge to give me an estimate, and I found his quote to be reasonable for the work he had to do, so I had him go ahead and fix the issue.
