Seems that they took me at my word when I said "check it over and make it safe for me to drive" The attention to detail is just what I was looking for. I also got a full tour of the facility, and the quality of work they do. I was amazed, and extremely happy to have made the decision to bring my Beetle here. We have an '85 Vanagon that we've been driving across the country for the last six weeks or so…read more We've had issues for the past few weeks and have contacted people in pretty much every state we've been through (from Michigan to Maine and now down in Virginia and everywhere in between) and everyone has told us that the soonest they'd be able to get us in is the fall (we live in seattle, so that's not in any way practical). We just happened to drive by skyline on our way to a winery, and figured we'd take the chance and pop in to see if they could help us. I'm so so grateful we did. They obviously have a lot of work on their hands, but they got us in within a few hours. Not only did they fix our exhaust issue, but they showed my husband a few other things that he should look out for and get fixed when we can, and even gave us a few bottles of water to help beat the heat. POTENTIAL FRAUD ALERT…read more I took my vehicle to Madison Ford at the end of September for service. At minimum they should have changed my oil, rotated my tires, filled my tires, and filled my fluids. None of those things occurred. For all I know they played poker for the 90 minutes I was sitting in the waiting room. I can prove all of my claims. The excuses they provided for not providing service were so ridiculous that a middle schoolers could see through their lies.
