How do I start this off without going off-topic. Family member referred Manny's PDR. His location…read moreis Yorba Linda and relatively close to me vs my usual "go-to" in Huntington Beach. I looked Manny up and saw the high reviews / many reviews. Stopped by for a quick quote for Tesla X Left rear 1/4 panel door ding (thankyou for that whoever you are). Manny was very cordial, responsive, and gave full explanation of his workmanship. I said why not. He was somewhat closeby and the price point was easy on my pocket book. Set the appt. next day easy peeezy. He went into detail how aluminum is very delicate to work with. I was like okay let's give this a try. Manny explained he had to access the panel area by way of trunk removing a little of the trunk interior area where the ding was on the exterior. I was like okay. Little did he know I had a quote from this Other place I've been a frequent customer. They quoted to drill a hole in the wheel well and access the panel that way. Not to mention was quoted a waay higher price point. Showed up the next day....was a little late. Manny accommodated due to morning traffic. He started to work on the car. Tear down of the trunk interior and accessed the area where the ding was which was also the charging port area. I went to grab a bite and waited in the customer lounge area. Didn't want to disturb his work. 4 hours later Manny showed off his workmanship. Door ding gone !!!!!!! Thankyou again whoever gave me the door ding. So Manny and I were talking shop and I shared shared my experience how I was introduced to Paintless Dent Removal back in 2003 via Marcos AutoBody- San Gabriel & South Pasadena. I was amazed and a believer in Paintless Dent Removal since then. Not to mention Marcos Autobody and the incredible work they did. But I met the guy they contracted with that did the Paintless Dent Removal. I go on with my experience that I moved to Orange County and found a New vendor that did Paintless Dent Removal in HB and that was my "goto" place for a long time. Manny then tells me how got his start in the business and that he worked at Marcos Autobody -San Gabriel from there he moved on to getting into the business of Paintless Dent Removal getting all the training and eventually starting his own business to where he is today in Yorba Linda. He then highlighted all his Training Certificates in the customer lobby from even Marcos Autobody!!!!!! Marcos Autobody is no longer in business and the family sold off all their locations. So then go into further conversations that it's such a small world in PDR and that he knew most / all the competitors out there and then caught on to where I got the idea to access my dent via drilling the hole through the wheel well vs Manny's process of partial removing the interior to get the job done. All I can say is that his craft / workmanship is top notch and I'm to have glad to have met Manny and will be returning in the future (hopefully not any more door dings dents) for future work.
