This review is purely for the customer service. They are responsive, professional, and friendly. We needed an estimate for our car after a collision and was so glad this is not one of those places that charge you a few hundred just for an estimate. The quoted price they gave us was reasonable. We were going to move forward with the repairs but then ran into issues with the driver who hit us. In the end, we have to get that sorted first. We came back the next day to pick up our car, and one of the workers put the bumper back on for us, was nice about it, and did not give us a hard time about not doing the repairs. I had hit one of my side mirrors and it bent backwards and some parts on the bottom broke off. Every body shop I called quoted me upwards of $1500+, saying that I had to replace the entire mirror. When I called Topline, I spoke with Luis, and he told me that he couldn't really quote me until I brought in my car for him to take a look at it. So that same day, I decided to bring my car in for him to take a look at. However, prior to him looking at it, I took my car to another shop at another shop within that same complex. I won't say the name, but this shop took a look at my car and said I would also need to replace the entire mirror. When this particular shop got back with me with a quote a couple of days later, it was $1600+. When I took my car to Topline for Luis to take a look at it--first of all, he helped me to fix the side mirror in that moment so it was no longer bent backwards and therefore, drivable. He did this at no charge. And after taking a closer look, Luis let me know that he could fix the damage without replacing the entire mirror and that it would be about $200. I brought my car in about a couple of days later and Topline was able to fix it within 15 minutes. I was in and out. I'm grateful that I found Topline. I appreciate the extra effort he took to give me an honest assessment and that he did not just automatically say that I needed to change out the entire mirror. Storytime Yelpers! About 5-6 years ago when I was a Sophomore at Cal State Fullerton I went back home and left my car at a buddies house while I was away for the holidays. He was taking care of it for a couple of weeks but one day I got a call from my buddies dad that my car was hit and it was really bad. It was parked and some guy spilled his coffee supposedly on the way to work and hit it from the back right side. I thought my car was totaled and the insurance thought so too but my parents wanted to keep it because of how reliable it was and they paid a little out of pocket. Not sure what went into the process of taking to Topline but they were very communicative to my parents about fixing it and working with the insurance. They also did an amazing job fixing my car. It was a long a hefty process but I'm very grateful I was able to keep my car and work with Topline on this. I still have my Lexus IS350 till this day and although it's considered a salvaged car now, It still runs amazing and hope to have it even longer. It's been wearing down a lot and needs some exterior work (bumper is coming off and some of the paint is fading in my aftermarket spoiler) so Topline if you want to give it another go at a reasonable price, lets do it haha. read more

Louis & Candy were wonderful from start to finish! Candy was very welcoming to me as a walk-in client, and Louis was quick to check out my car and draw up an estimate. My Civic was a bit of a fixer-upper: stripped paint on the front bumper, sun damage on the roof and hood, peeling roof trims + tape residue, missing front wheel fender liner, some scratches here and there...the whole shebang. I didn't take "before" photos because, frankly, I was embarrassed, but you get the idea. Louis was very helpful in explaining exactly how he planned to fix up my car, and he even gave me a few tips on good car maintenance for the future. The estimate was about as much as I expected for how many repairs were needed. I appreciated how transparent Louis was with about how many hours would be spent on each repair, as well as his rate per hour. I've used Topline Auto Collision twice for my Civic with great results. In 2015, they replaced my rear passenger rocker panel for $600 cash, making it look as good as new. This time, my front bumper came into contact with a pole in a parking lot, and when I backed out, I caused the front bumper cover to crack in two places. Topline Auto Collision replaced the bumper cover for $750 cash, also making it look as good as new. They matched the paint perfectly. They washed my car very well and sprayed air freshener inside. They did add a few scuffs to the driver side fender and scrapes to the wheel. Also, it would have been nice if they had added clips into the underside of the fender since some were missing, but I didn't ask them to. These are just minor issues, and I am taking care of them. Candy and Louis are professional, polite, and courteous. You can get a discount if you pay in cash, rather than card. read more

I went here a couple weeks ago. because I had a dent in my bumper I saw it had good reviews so I decided to swing by. When I got there they made me wait until the owner finished walking his dog. I ended up getting a quote from the other auto repair shop next door in the meantime. Once he got done walking his dog he gave me a lazy "quote" He gave me a quote from 20 feet away didnt bother actually checking out the damage and said it was gonna be $600. Meanwhile, the guy next-door is only charging me 100. He also said that the job that the competitor next-door was gonna do was not going to be good and said it was gonna come out ugly.
