Racks on racks on racks on racks! I'm in love. I make it a point to visit this store ASAP whenever I venture out to Colorado Mills. There are all types of shoes for women (heels, flats, sneakers, work shoes, sandals, etc.) and men. You name it, they have it in every color. I tend to walk out with at least something whenever I am here, even if I don't really NEED anything. But really, don't we all NEED a new pair of shoes at all times? Prices are decent (much lie DSW or Famous Footwear), and there is a HUGE selection. Head to the back where the racks on racks on racks of clearance footwear is. Service is typical but I don't need anyone to help me when I am in shoe heaven. Show me to the register with my millions of pairs of shoes (or, you know, two or three pairs), and I am a happy gal. I would give them negative stars but that's not an option i bought a pair of shoes there on may 24 2026 that were almost 80 dollars and they start falling apart after 2 weeks maybe wore them 4 times. I have taken them back to the store I have my receipt and sended multiple pictures to customer service, and nothing they say we can't download the pictures excuses after excuses. This was the first and last time I buy here. Customer service is horrible they don't help at all. Maybe the will be able to see the video now. read more

I have a Love / Hate relationship with Off Broadway Shoes. I Love their selection. -- Rows and Rows of shoes -- what Woman ( or Man ) wouldn't love hundreds of shoes to choose from? --Clearance Racks: Not Rack, but RackS of Sale Items. The best part is that they replenish sale items frequently so that you always have the opportunity to find something on sale So why the Hate in the Love / Hate? -- No Customer Service I have yet to experience more obnoxious Sales People -- I get the feeling I'm interrupting nap time when I need help or try to check out. -- Irritating Discount Coupons. What's the point in offering a coupon, if you can't use it. My $10 off $50 coupon was rejected by the robot masquerading as a salesperson, as the shoes were 49.99 -- Give me an Fk'ing break --- a Penny ? Now try to buy something for a penny --- right. The socks are $10 here -- Any other store would have honored the coupon, or have SOMETHING cheap to buy -- or in the very least, have NICE staff to get screwed by. Excellent spot in this mall. They have a serious amount of shoes. Every brand, every style and every size. If I ever need shoes for any event I can be guaranteed I will find what I need (and many things I just want) at this location. They have great bags too! I think they offer some kind of deal for your birthday month - I'll have to check up on that next time I go in which will be very soon read more

Huge layout and many types of shoes available. Both Men and Women's shoes are sold here. The approach is largely self-service, although they do have some "roamers" on staff who ask politely if you are finding what you need. The shoes are displayed above the racks that house the stock you ultimately buy from. You find your size, try them on, foot model for yourself in the foot mirrors and make a purchasing decision. I was able to find a good pair of replacement black loafers for a reasonable price. The checkout counter is well staffed and quick to get you on your way. Overall a good shoe shopping experience. The shoe store has lots of choices when it comes to buying shoes. The customer service is terrible at this place. I walked in and saw the 2 employees standing behind the counter with their phones out. I had to go up and ask for help even though they saw me come in. Seems they are more interested on plying on their funs then delivering good costumer service. read more

NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR MEN'S DRESS SHOES IN WIDE. Drove all the way across town because this store was advertised to carried wide widths. All I needed was a pair of black men's wingtips in 10 Wide. They only had two kinds of wingtips, and only one of the wingtip styles came in wide. The area manager checked their computer inventory, then told me they had two pairs in stock in my sizes. He and another associate joined me in looking through their entire stock without luck. No luck - the two wides the computer said were there were no where to be found. Note: my extensive search through the men's area showed that less than 1 pair in 20 is in wide. read more

This is shoe heaven! I love how their selection is bigger than any other shoe store in Colorado (or at least that I have found). Now I know that it isn't Nordstroms.... but some of us can't afford that price range. I love that I can find shoes that get commented on left and right and I pay a quarter of the price. I have found some great wedges there and some great heels for my nights out with the girls. I tell everyone where I got them when people comment on them. They may not last forever, but neither do the trends with shoes so I'm totally okay with spending less for something that I won't wear in 10 yrs. read more
