Very cool place for ATV's! A bit hidden but totally worth it! Sergio was super friendly and professional. We'll be back for sure.

ATV+Wine Tasting = WINNING! First of all let me tell you Sergio is AMAZING! He went out of his way to accommodate me and my family. We were a group of 15, 12 adults and 3 kids. We were stuck in traffic to get to his location and he offered to go look for us up through a different route. We would have never gotten to the location on time because of an accident. In addition, most of the wine tasting places were closed on Monday and he has able to make a reservation for us. We had such an amazing experience. He was also very friendly and recommended were to go eat afterwards. Thank you Sergio!!!

The wines were fantastic, but what really made the experience stand out was the service. Everyone we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited to share their wines and story with us. Our sommelier was especially wonderful and made the tasting feel personal and relaxed rather than rushed or scripted. One of our favorite parts of the visit was the chocolate and wine pairing that my husband and I did together. Every pairing was thoughtfully put together, and it was so much fun discovering how the flavors changed and complemented each other with every sip and bite. The best surprise of the day? Finding out our sommelier was from the 805! As fellow Central Coast locals, it made the experience feel even more special and gave us an instant connection that we definitely weren't expecting to find in the middle of wine country in Baja.

Those areas reportedly remained empty. Conflicting information: One server said we could order à la carte, while another later said only the buffet was available. The captain ultimately denied the request. Poor beverage quality: The Americano coffees appeared to be regular drip coffee, and the orange juice seemed watered down. Slow and inattentive service: Sugar and milk took a long time to arrive, and afterward the servers did not check on our table until we requested the bill. Given the lack of service and the misleading or inconsistent information, we felt the experience did not warrant a tip. The problem wasn't just one minor issue--it was a pattern of poor hospitality, inflexibility, and contradictory communication.

They are truly a 5 star business because they are THAT AWESOME! We booked the upscale wine tasting package and it was just the best day ever. Our driver, Jose Luis Blanco, was friendly, prompt, and just a nice and sweet guy. He made us feel safe and is just so knowledgeable as he is from Ensenada. It was just my bf and I so it felt like we had our own private driver. We went to three beautiful wineries in Valle de Guadalupe and we did not feel rushed as he patiently waited for us. The wineries weren't too busy since it was in the morning so it felt like our own VIP experience. On our way back to Ensenada he asked us if we wanted to stop for tacos or souvenirs in the downtown Ensenada area before getting back on the ship. He even let us stop at OXXO for snacks! Though we didn't do the taco and souvenir stop though we had plenty of time to do so, it was just so nice and thoughtful that he offered that! He was just the best driver! 20/10! The best part is, we were back on the ship at 3:30pm and the ship leaves at 5:30pm. They will make sure you are back with more than enough time which was my biggest concern! Even if we stopped for tacos and souvenirs, we were still back to the Ensenada area around 3:00pm from our tastings with enough time to do this and be back on the ship on time. Thank you so much to Jesse, Jose Blanco, and the entire team at Ensenada Excursions! I would love to try the massage add-on next time :) If you are looking for a fun, professional, and amazing excursion company, book with Jesse and his team at Ensenada Excursions!!!

Avoid this company at all costs. Our experience was unsafe, chaotic, and completely unprofessional…read more We booked a family horseback riding excursion, and it was a disaster from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, there were immediate red flags. The facility and horses did not appear to be well cared for. Several horses were tied along a wall standing in their own waste, and a number of them appeared thin and poorly maintained. I had serious reservations about putting my family on these horses, especially since our group included everyone from small children to grandparents. One horse in particular immediately concerned me. As the "horse trainer" attempted to bring it toward our group, the horse resisted, fought back, and began bucking. This was the horse they intended to put my wife and 6-year-old son on together. I specifically asked the trainer, multiple times, whether he was absolutely sure this horse was safe. It was obvious the horse was agitated and did not want to cooperate. Each time, we were assured it was safe. Their explanation was that the horse had reacted that way because they had "woken it up." Against my better judgment, we trusted them. Half of our family had already started down the trail ahead of us. Another thing that concerned me was seeing children who appeared to be approximately 6-12 years old assisting with or leading horses. The entire operation felt far less professional than what had been represented to us. We weren't even 20 yards down the trail when the horse carrying my wife and 6-year-old son began fighting, bucking, and eventually reared up, throwing both of them off its back. My son was sitting behind my wife, and when they fell, my wife landed directly on top of him with the full force of her body. For several terrifying moments, my wife and I genuinely feared that our son had suffered a serious neck or spinal injury. The situation was absolute chaos. I immediately checked my wife and son. Thankfully, they appeared to have avoided a catastrophic injury, although both were shaken up and suffered scrapes and bruising. What was especially disturbing was that the trainers I had repeatedly questioned about this exact horse quickly disappeared from the situation afterward. The other half of our family, who had already started down the trail, began making their way back as soon as I called and told them what had happened. One representative from the company repeatedly told us he was sorry, but there seemed to be no organized response to what had just happened. No one took control of the situation. No one meaningfully assessed whether my wife or son needed medical attention. Our entire family was emotional and scared, not knowing yet whether either of them had suffered a more serious injury. When we returned to the main office in Ensenada, we made it very clear that we expected a full refund. Shockingly, they pushed back. They offered to refund the portion of our family that had fallen behind but attempted to justify charging the family members who had already started down the trail. To be very clear, that group was only on the trail for approximately 10 minutes before turning around because my wife and 6-year-old son had just been thrown from a horse. They did not receive the excursion we paid for. The fact that this company would even debate whether to refund our entire family after an incident like this was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. At the end of the day, this company portrays itself as a professional, well-run horseback riding operation. That was not remotely what we experienced. I wish I had trusted my instincts when we first arrived and walked away. The condition and behavior of the horses concerned me immediately, and I specifically raised concerns about the exact horse that eventually threw my wife and son. We were repeatedly assured that it was safe. It wasn't. Thankfully, my wife and son walked away without what appears to be a catastrophic injury. Another family may not be so fortunate. I would not recommend this company, particularly to families traveling with young children. AVOID!!!!!

This was my first time on a quad/ATV and my boyfriend has been riding dirt bikes since he was like 6yrs old. I love being outdoors & going on new adventures, and he loves riding ... so the mixture of those things i came upon this place. For birthdays I love and prefer creating memories instead of giving materialistic gifts. Example: For his 28th birthday I booked us a little personal speed boat in San Diego. Upon arrival check-in was easy, quick, and they gave us hand sanitizer so we felt assured. They had helmets and other PPE lined up and available for us to use, however we had brought our own (riding gloves, riding jerseys, riding DOT certified helmets, and googles) which they allow. Our guide Jorge was funny and very easy going. The ride overall was really fun!! During our ride our guide also took pictures of us and he took some awesome ones with amazing backdrops! The only complaint I have was that I only booked us the 1 hour ride. Next time we are doing the 2 hour ride for sure! And maybe the Big Bear location as well.
