I experienced great customer service while conducting the business of renting it. It's a small, friendly type atmosphere. They do the right thing and they're there to support you at every turn. It's a one-of-a-kind business; there aren't many of these businesses out there that do this and are so friendly along the way. They were able to explain step by step how to load and work each of the atv's. They provided us with the trailer to go with it no charge. They also had helmets and goggles if we needed. Let us try on the helmets that best fits us. The Atv's worked great but unfortunately we did end up damaging one of the atv's. We let them know right away the situation and they were very understanding and were just concerned that no one was hurt. They were very helpful. Had such a great experience with them. Would definitely recommend trying them out.

Even paper ski masks to help keep out the dust! That was a very nice and unexpected touch. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews about getting the waivers done. But it's not hard. I've worked in IT help desks for years so I know some people are just not good with a computer. That's fine. Just read the instructions carefully and you'll get thru. Or just get help from a teenager. :-) To get to this location they give you very good directions. If you follow them you'll have no issues. It's actually very easy! But GPS is not great for the less traveled roads in the mountains going to a place that doesn't really have a street address. We will be going back soon! Hopefully for 2 hours next time!
