My first ever experience at this salon was for a haircut. I came in as a walk in and had Chelsea cut my hair. For once, I felt like they weren't plying "beat the clock" with me and she did an amazing job. I didn't have to trim a single hair when I got home-which has never happened before anywhere. This 2-star rating is years old. A woman who did a home dye job job damaged her hair, and was indignant when the salon couldn't fix the damage. So, she took her stupidity out on Off the Top. Off the Top operates under very high standards and professionalism. Their stylists are highly trained and competent. Do not EVER hesitate to patronize this salon. read more

I had my hair highlighted and cut here. Was told during the consultation that sorry, no guarantees and we won't redo if it does'nt turn out to your liking. I was not even asking for something drastic! I mean from one blonde shade to another. No big deal. That did not make me very comfortable... what happened to customer service? During the process, she made me fold the foil over this plastic board- EVERY SINGLE ONE! I'm paying you 150 to do my hair- I'm not here to do your job. I could not believe it. What if I just want to sit here, relax, read a tabloid? I wasn't able to do this because apparently I was on the job. On the other hand, it's a great place for kids hair cuts. They get to sit on a motorcycle and watch a movie. My daughter loves to get her hair cut there! Only $14 for a very nice kids hair cut. This part is not bad. read more

I had my hair highlighted and had a peek-a-boo color added on the side with amazing results. The stylists there are so friendly and really listen to their clients. I am very satisfied with my results and continue to receive compliments on my hair. I highly recommend them. They do a great job!! read more

My daughter had her her highlighted at a different salon and they severely damaged her hair. Off The Top came to the rescue. It took a few months but thanks to their delicate care and coloring, my daughters hair is now beautiful again!! Just in time to show it off on stage during show choir competitions!! The salon is amazing! At first I was leery when my stylist Ashley left an inexpensive chain to come here but I followed her and I haven't regretted it! Everyone in the salon is so nice & the owner Shawna even greets the regular customers by name whether they're her customers or one of the other girls. They stand behind the services they provide and the products they use. Even my husband left the cheap salons to come here to get his simple haircut for the service.
