I fortunately this time the hair stylist left most of my hair in the back untouched and charged me $25 more than what was quoted over the phone when I made the appointment and I was there 3 hours! She also had to redo the front while I was there because she left a large portion of the front untouched as well and it still wasn't done right. I don't think she knew what she was doing. I called and left a message for management but never got a return call back. Nevertheless I will never going back there again.

When she was blow drying it, I'm assuming there was a patch that had uneven Darkness to it, instead of correcting it, she turned the chair around, didn't say anything to me, and just cut out the hair. I have very long hair, so I'm not sure if she didn't think I'd notice or what.
