My family arrived in town on August 6 through the 9th. We made the decision to stay at Caesars as…read morewe all had comp rooms and it was for a 40th birthday party celebration. They were very few affordable restaurants to dine at the hotel. A hotel that size offers very few affordable options . Especially for those in their 70's. We had to do a lot of walking just to get to the elevators and up to our rooms. Upon checking out, we found out that we were Not only charged for Wi-Fi, but we were also Charged a resort fee on a comp room. First of all, We had two people in each room. We had two rooms. One person per day utilized the Wi-Fi. The rest of us used the Wi-Fi on her phone. So the Wi-Fi should be free since only one person from each room utilized it. In all the years I have stayed at a Caesar's property, we have never paid a resort fee, ESPECIALLY On a room that is a comped room. That's like inviting guests for dinner, asking them to bring a dish, and then charging them for part of the meal on their way out. My sister and I both had 3 to 4 nights comped and casino play on our accounts. We mistakingly booked the rooms through our slot host and apparently forfeited our casino play. The rooms are not all that expensive to begin with so by charging people who don't use the pool, or the gym or the spa or any other resort services, is not fair. Charge those who use those amenities. We are there strictly to gamble so we pay dearly. They combined all of our cards and took all of the points we earned and deducted those from our account and then charged are credit card for the balance. We may as well have Just paid for our rooms with the amounts that they charged us for resort fees and Wi-Fi that was supposed to be free for up to two people. We had to get some of our guests to the airport and did not have time to wait in the very long line to dispute this bill. They will be hearing from me next week. Again, you should not invite guests to your hotel, comp their rooms and then charge them! It's just BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS!

The catering and staff were great, with plenty of food option that were really good! We couldn't believe the quality of the lunch and that the chicken was moist- better than most wedding reception dinners I've had! Many of us also complimented the scent of the building... weird I know! But it smells like a resort! Very clean and fresh. The golf campus and pool area, while we didn't use it, looked really nice and I imagine people staying over night would love to use these amenities.

The bar area, however, was extremely busy--I believe there was a wedding taking place. Instead of the usual relaxed hotel atmosphere, it felt more like a loud sports bar, with guests cheering and watching games. It was quite noisy for over two hours. There were also many kids running back and forth between the pool and lobby, which made the space feel a bit chaotic and disrupted other guests. That said, we still enjoy coming here and always have a good time overall. It remains one of our favorite places to visit with family.

We ended up dividing the 90 minutes into (3) 30 minute games so our groups could keep rotating. They have lockers to lock belongings in, rooms can host up to 6 people and have options to order simple beverages while you play. Our first game was Box Party which is their version of a Mario Party. There are a couple of mini game options as you work through the map. This by far was our group's favorite game! We chose the 30 minute game but easily could have played it for the full 90 minutes. Our second game was Floor is Lava. This one was fun but a bit harder than I was expecting it to be. There are parts where you bump into other players so I recommend playing with good friends or family. This is more of a group task game. Our third game was Angry Birds. This overall was the group's least favorite as it wasn't very physical. The game takes on the classic idea of launching birds at towers to get points. This was more individual tasks than team tasks. Overall, this was such a fun experience! They offer games for any aged guest and for any comfort level of players together. I enjoyed having the personalization of our "meeps" to play in each game too.

I won't ruin it, but I will say it was definitely fun and there was some intensity to it. While it utilized VR headsets, tt definitely was not a full VR experience. You interact with the game on the walls. There was an option to purchase beverages during the experience which we did not do. After the ad popped up a few times it got to be a little annoying. It was just the two of us so we were able to do each game repeatedly, which made it even more fun because it allowed us to figure out how to solve the puzzles. Because of that I wouldn't suggest going with more than four or five people. Overall, I would say it was worth the trip to Oakbrook.

Nothing was set up, the arcade was never opened. By the time we got in the pool it was almost 6:30pm. The keys would not work to access the pool or room. Maintenance came to set up the table's after I went back up there. The pool is smaller than I expected. The room bathroom tub doesn't look clean as it has stained and hair on side lines, we live nearby so definitely bathing at home. Toilets are super low and small. The room for the space has all the essentials and 2tv's one in 2nd room and then in bedroom is plus. Everything is well packed in the room. They accommodated us, but it was a constant back and forth. The staff was pleasant. My party had a great time overall, celebrating my sons bday, during this pandemic. It was nice to be able to watch the kids from the bar/lounge area (where food is allowed). Just having this area to ourselves during this pandemic was very nice, I know their trying to do what they can to survive as a business.

Your welcoming to this place is the dry stench of hot garbage in the elevator. That same stench was in our room but less noticeable with air conditioning running. The air vents were simply filthy. I don't believe they have been service or cleaned since 911. The pool hasn't been operational in over a year and the weight room is very unsatisfactory. Don't ask for room service. I had ask for fresh towels and requested for our room to be cleaned for 2 days. The third day. We finally got fresh towels and the room cleaned halfway. I also couldn't believe the dust found on the backrest of the sofa bed and furniture. There's more dust in our room then in the Sahara Dessert.. The patio door in the bedroom was dirty and had more grease kid stains then Puff Daddy and the baby oil trial. There was a coffee cup lid with food underneath the desk. Mold could be found all over the bathroom, patio door and any place with moisture. This establishment is very unsanitary and the upkeep is minimal at best. When you don't clean behind the TV or telephone. You know,, you're in a sorry establishment. The present management need to sell. Because they lack the vision and fortitude in running a successful business. All I can say is "Rachid".

I was here on Good Friday since I had the day off. I made my gaming partner go early because those times were discounted and boy, am I glad I did! By the time our 90 minutes were up, the place was getting PACKED. It made my heart happy to see so many families doing something active and together! Like I stated before, I have been coming since it opened, and I appreciated in this visit that the instruction screens were updated, some of the rooms that we not working on my previous version were up and running again, etc. I also appreciate an upgrade to their reward system! Before, they used to hand you items (a water bottle, a basketball, etc.), but now you earn coins and can "spend" them on the items of your choice. I prefer that so I can pick items that I will actually use! (The aforementioned water bottle and basketball were donated to my local charity shop.) I chose a personal bracelet that Activate uses to track your time and points while you are actively participating in the games. The facilities have bathrooms, access to clean drinking water, free lockers to protect your belongings, etc. This time, too, I wore my fitness tracker for kicks and giggles and I burned almost 500 calories in 90 minutes of fun. I wish they offered a summer pass or a monthly pass like other entertainment options in the suburbs.

There are free lockers to put your belongings as well as a free coat check. There are restrooms and a water fountain in the very back. There is a lounge area that is used for private parties but you can also just sit in there. You can watch other people play on the big screen. I recommend wearing casual or active attire because you'll get a workout for sure Each game room has a variety of levels and different types of games within that room. The cost per person is cheaper Mon - Thurs. $20.99 for 60 mins. $26.99 for 90 mins. Fri - Sun it's $26.99 for 60 mins and $38.99 for 90 mins. For Mondays and holidays, it's best to check back because the prices do change. I highly recommend booking on the website instead of blindly going there. The slots fill up fast. The games are short so you don't have to wait long to go into that room. The room types are arena, climb, grid, hoops, mega laser, hide, control, mega grid, strike, portals, and press. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There's no issue with finding parking.
