Are you a Ghostbusters fan? If not, you will be after visiting this location. Who ya gonna call? Wonderverse! The VR experiences are well thought-through and motion sickness isn't much of a factor at this resolution. The overall experience of the location is polished, with a clear flow, very good layout, and nice separation (despite being an open space) between "the bar" and the rest of the activities. Not too many obnoxious kids when we went (although some are a given due to the nature of the place and the town it's in). Staff was beyond incredible. Alex, General Manager and Bud our server took really good care in making sure we had a fun time. From the moment of entering this establishment, giant movie-themed characters are everywhere creating great photo opportunities. First to arrive had drinks and a shared appetizer at the bar. Once the table was ready we made sure our glasses were full and decided to share appetizers. Buffalo cauliflower was good, chicken wings were ok, jerk tacos lacked spice and the salmon bites were amazing. We ordered dessert as well. Lime Light which is a fried key lime pie ice cream with marshmallow meringue. Good flavor. The S'mores Ghost, with a house made graham was torched table side and drizzled in chocolate sauce. There are two options for the game card, you can either choose time or credits. We chose to share 90 minutes of time. We were able to play most of the video games, bumper cars and two VR experiences. What a way to channel our inner child. To wrap up the day we headed to the Ghost Trap which is a Ghost Buster's themed speak easy. Ghosts dance on the walls and some of them even chomp on the paintings. Tequila birthday shots were served in skulls. We laughed uncontrollably and had a really good time being BIG kids for a few hours. read more

There is literally no reason for this to be anything under than 5/5 stars. I read so many reviews before going and I'm honestly so confused about the complaints? I went for the $30 unlimited gaming on Sunday mornings and it's honestly one of the best things I've done in the Chicago area. I was confused at how all of this works so I'll explain it here. You can go as soon as they open at 10am and then you have untill 1pm for unlimited everything. There's multiple areas. The first is the Ghostbusters VR with two types of games. Then there's the Jumanji open world VR which takes around 30 minutes. And towards the back there's the Uncharted escape rooms (3 different ones ranging from 25-35 minutes). Then there's the arcade area with so many fun games. My favorites were Halo and Transformers and it's so great that you can just keep swiping your card to continue after you die. And then there's even unlimited claw machines! You can just keep trying and trying until you win (just a 20 second wait between tries). The bumper cars area is just ok and skippable. And then! This even includes food - an unlimited buffet with burgers, hot dogs, and chicken tenders. I honestly have no idea why why more people aren't coming here, especially for the Sunday morning deal. The workers were great so the complaints about them doesn't make much sense to me. And I see so many reviews saying there's so much open space and not enough to do which makes literally no sense to me. There's hours of stuff to do and the space is for things like birthday parties, etc so there's seating for them. Honestly, if the Sunday deal is going on there's no reason not to go. It's worth making the drive out to the suburbs just for this. read more

MANDATORY FUN Sony's Wonderverse is a kaleidoscopic good time. Open since early 2024, this huge entertainment venue can be found on the outskirts of Oak Brook Mall between Pinstripes and Lifetime Fitness, above the L.L. Bean store in the northwest corner of the shopping center. This place is geared more towards families and younger kids than Activate across the street. We came here on 1/26/25 as part of a special event brunch celebrating their 1yr anniversary. There's lots of Sony IPs featured here, including Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs and Hotel Transylvania. On some days, they have costumed characters walking around and live music at night. The brunch buffet was much better than I expected. We arrived shortly after 10am and basically had the entire space to ourselves, which was equal parts eerie and serene. The dining room still had Christmas wreaths, lights, and even a projection of 'Happy Holidays', somewhat strange to see in late January. We enjoyed pancakes, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, a Crunchberry waffle bar, carving station w/prime rib and ham, plus chicken tenders, baked mac 'n cheese, and fries. All drinks were included, so the only extra expense was my bloody mary ($7), a lame effort of tomato juice and - maybe - splash of vodka. Their arcade has air hockey, basketball, a Dance Dance Revolution knockoff, Skee-Ball, House of the Dead 5, and plenty more. The games of skill are unusual in that you don't get any tickets for playing, rather, you have to reach a certain high score on a given game, which you get a voucher redeemable for....something? There's an area for dynamic driving sims on motion platforms. It's more of a ride than a game, so much so that you have to wear a seatbelt. I took one for a spin and was surprised at how aggressive the motions were. Forget seatbelts, those things need airbags! This was lots of fun and I'd come back for this. They've got several virtual reality rooms including Jumanji and two Ghostbusters experiences (in one, you're driving the Ecto-mobile, in another you're firing proton packs). There's also an escape room themed to Uncharted that has 3 different 30-minute challenges. These are booked in advance and are a separate $20-30 charge. The Zombieland-themed bumper car arena is very small. They squeezed 6 bumper cars onto a floor the size of a bedroom, threw a zombified torso on a wooden rafter and called it a day. I know Zombieland is a popular IP, but this should've been a shooting gallery instead of a halfhearted bumper car zone. Since Wonderverse is located on the top floor (no escalators), you can either hoof it up two lengthy flights of concrete steps, or take the elevator.....except that it was broken during our visit. We were carrying a toddler, baby, and stroller, so this was no small inconvenience. Going up wasn't as tricky as walking DOWN those steep-ass stairs, and in the middle of winter! -1 full star for that bullsh*t. * TL;DR * Pulsing with bright LEDs and VR headsets, Wonderverse is a great place to spend a few hours. Brunch was a terrific value at $25pp for the special event, and that included a $30 game card. I wasn't too impressed with their arcade (which could use a few pinball tables) and the bumper cars seems like a creative misfire. The rest of the place is pretty cool. The biggest gripe I have is the fact that entry is on the upper level of the mall, so if you're a family with small kids and/or a stroller, you desperately need a working elevator. Without it, climbing aaaalllll those outdoor stairs with a little one is a pain and a wee bit dangerous. Fix the elevator and then let's talk again. read more

I wanted to go to a place where my nephews and I could have a good time. A family member mentioned they went and had a great so I wanted to try. I had read mixed reviews but wanted my own experience. I came across a groupon and that intrigued me more. It was a variety of arcade game, vr simulations, air hockey and so much more. It was a nice space and pretty quiet for a Saturday. I will go back. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Wonderverse. It's a place worth experiencing at least once to indulge in its unique offerings, though I can't see it becoming a regular hangout spot. Think of it like one of those summer blockbuster movies that are great for a one-time thrill, but not something you'd watch on repeat. The Ghostbusters-themed bar is amazing, doing an excellent job capturing the essence of the classic films. While the drinks were delicious, I was disappointed that the featured Ghost Trap shots advertised on the website were unavailable, existing only as promotional material. That disappointment aside, the restaurant's got some great food. The fried mac and cheese balls paired with pickle fries were excellent appetizers and the bleu cheese burger was a savory masterpiece. The escape rooms are a highlight, offering fun challenges that range from easy to medium difficulty. We navigated all three without needing hints, except during a minor technical hiccup. Despite the venue being nearly empty, the staff were on-point, attentive, and friendly. The Jumanji VR game is a must-try. It's impressively interactive and cleverly designed how they have you and your group move from room-to-room. I thought it was kind of funny that I turned into Ruby Roundhouse and actually spent a little bit of time admiring myself in the reflection. I learned of Wonderverse through a Facebook ad about the Friendsgiving event they were having. It was about $67 per couple or BOGO at $33.50 per person. The location is quite large and the staff was helpful in navigating where to go. They provided a buffet of all Thanksgiving type foods. It was all very average tasting at best. They only offered one specialty drink which was Boss Water. It sells normally for $16 but included as part of this package. We also received three hours of unlimited play on most of their games. Here's the catch, the card and wireless system to activate games is often very slow. In some cases, I waited 60-90 seconds before it would even read the card as valid. Other times, I had to tap the card again to make it work. It was slightly frustrating. My friends got wild because they could use their cards on the claw machines and they seemed to enjoy that. Everything is movie themed which makes sense. It's clean and quite large. I enjoyed my time with friends. read more

I came here for my mother in law's birthday. It was not what I expected upon entering. There is a lot of free space with more lounge/ sitting areas than games. The games were on one side with a few VR games, and escape room, and Ghostbusters VR. The bar was in the middle of the space with the restaurant upon entrance. It was very quiet and laidback which was unexpected for me. Service was nonexistent as it being our first, no one seemed to ask if we needed help. We simply figured it out on our own by just walking around. There is a desk near the entrance but it was for the restaurant and they weren't as welcoming. Food was pretty pricey! We went with an appetizer, loaded nachos, and fries. It wasn't that great to taste as i believe the fries tasted better. I would come back for a date night as the games were more limited and more adult friendly than kid friendly. Overall it was an interesting experience but could have been better. read more

We randomly headed out to Oakbrook to try the Ghostbusters VR game. This facility is located on the edge of the center. Plenty of parking right outside. We headed up to the facility which does have accessible elevators. Upon entering we noticed how spacious the Wonderverse is. I was surprised by how big the bar was. In addition to the bar was various dining areas. The dining area was perfect for watching sports as big TV were all over the facility. For games, they literally have everything: basketball, dance, bumper cars, racing, arcade. We came solely to try the ghostbusters opportunities. We opted to play the VR academy which was lengthy and very high tech. Thanks you to Jamari for setting us up and explaining how to play the game. We appreciate his customer service and how thorough he was at explaining the difference between the VR game and the racing Ghostbusters game. We didn't have a chance to eat but they did have an expansive restaurant. Further, they had several food specials for Football day items to include a 5lb cheeseburger. I discovered this place through my Instagram algorithm one day when a deal appeared for an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet along with a $30 play card for just $30. Essentially, you get the brunch for free (minus taxes and tips). It's a great deal! The all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. Nonalcoholic drinks were included, and there were so many options that there was guaranteed to be something for everyone. The space itself is massive, featuring a charming main bar area. Be sure to check out the really cool Ghostbusters-themed speakeasy. We also enjoyed the Zombieland bumper cars and tried a few VR rides and arcade games. However, my only complaint is that, despite its size, there weren't as many activities for a 9-year-old girl as we had hoped. There were enough options, but with $90 between myself, my fiancée, and my daughter, she ended up doing some of the same activities repeatedly. Additionally, several machines were out of order. Come here for a family event with kids of different ages. Manger and staff were very accommodating and helpful with late arrivals and even some free game play. Friday night at 8pm 1980s cover band was great. Everyone liked the food and games. Most of the vid I games are $3.50 per play. Wonderverse is truly one of a kind. It is situated at Oakbrook Mall on the north/western-ish side. You have to walk up a good flight of stairs and it is a huge location. Otherwise there is an elevator under the stairs. You can make reservations online for the escape room and VR rooms. but you have to pay ahead of time. If you change your date, it would be a 12 dollar service fee. Not a fan of that especially since we are paying 99 for a group of 4 Upon entering the building, you can get your jacket checked so you don't need to worry about carrying it around. Then you see a huge sitting area with a few projectors. Today, they were playing college basketball. The building is different and very warehouse-like. Then there are little sections for Ghostbuster VR, Jumanji VR, arcades and Uncharted themed escape rooms. I believe there are three bars but I only visited two of them... main area and the "hidden" ghostbusters bar. I showed up at 500pm and there was not many people here. It got a little busier closer to 7pm. I did reservations for the Uncharted room and Jumanji VR The main bar was ok. Service was terrible..my friends and I stood there waiting for around 20-30 minutes and we were completely ignored. The ghostbusters bar was better. Drinks were pricey and served in (what felt like) tiny cups. Uncharted escape room was interesting and different than the escape rooms I've been too. You enter a room and your goal is to find 18 pouches of gold in 35 minutes. There were no step by step directions... it was more like a free for all. You do get unlimited hints if you need it The Jumanji VR was fun. You were an 18lb vest. And you enter an "obstacle" course. So it's very interactive. Don't worry... it is very safe and someone is watching you so I never felt like I was in danger. We loved this! Although my giant head had minor issues with the headset. But it's my fault.. not theirs. My head is not one size fits all. Afterwards, we went the restaurant. Food was okay... nothing amazing. It was pricey. I got the bacon smash burger. Flavor was good, 4/5 but it was very dry. The fries were different than typical fries. Closed to thin wedges than your traditional fries. Our waitress was nice and did check up on us a few times during our meals. Overall, while I did not give this place 5/5, I would like to return in the future. read more

Hubby has been wanting to come here for the longest time and we finally stopped by around 9pm on a Saturday night. It was a super chill vibe, they don't allow kids after 8pm and there's someone checking IDs at the entrance. As soon as we walked in too there was someone to greet us and answer our questions and let us know where to go. We grabbed dinner at the restaurant, our waiter was very friendly and helpful. The food was pretty decent, hubby loved the fried ribs which were falling off the bone, and it's not indicated on the menu but it came with a few fries/"chips" also. I ordered the brisket nachos which were also very good. The drinks looked good, and on our server's recommendation we went to the Ghost Trap, a 21+ "speakeasy". It's pretty neat, they've got dark lighting, ghostly lights flying around, and some good (and strong) drinks. We were able to find a table and ordered at the bar. It's a smallish but cozy space. We didn't do any of the paid entertainment, but it was sort of fun seeing some of the movie themed things. I actually wish there was more of that kind of thing to look around and see but it's also possible that I just didn't notice it. Staff and service was excellent, everyone was so helpful and friendly. I was super excited to try this spot as it was new and had been hyped up; so I decided to take a date night there. The space and ambience is a big open concept (not sure how I feel about that). There were only two kiosks to sign up for the attractions and arcade S you can imagine, the lines were extremely long as it was a Saturday night. Dinner: We were sat in a reasonable amount of time as we had a reservation. The menu was pretty underwhelming. (my bad for not checking it out prior) We ordered out appetizers and once they came we sat for about 10 minutes waiting on plates to eat them. We order the fried ribs and I must say they were AMAZING! However our drinks and entrees were horrible. We. Other ordered smash burgers and they were extremely salty. Very cool place VR and gaming arena. Free coat check when you arrive, everyone that works here is helpful and friendly. Different VR areas and experiences, arcade, lounge area, and two full bars. I loved Ghost Bar the most, the ambience with its dimly lit corridor and library to walk in to its paintings and Ghostbuster museum themed ceilings and decor. Craft cocktail and mocktails available here $14-$20. We did the Ghostbusters VR, couple of our VR blasters went dead mid game so they gave us another round. Good staff and the game was really realistic! Made me want to get my own headset. Arcade games are $1.00-$2.50 per game. The staff was very helpful if you had questions about the games and it all works. We didn't try the food but will have to come back to see what it's all about. We do recommend checking out their Ghost Trap Bar. The ambiance is PERFECT. Let's talk about the entertainment. There are multiple VR games and depending on age/height, little ones may not be able to participate. They also have an arcade game section with a small section for bumper cars. Alright I'm going to break this review down into a few parts. This review is specific to a pre-paid Hotel Transylvania character brunch with a designated time of 11:45am sit down. The event page sold tickets per time slot with the understanding you'd be sat at your designated time. Upon arrival, we checked in and got our wristbands and were told to stand in line. This is here the miscommunication began. The line was quite long at 11:45am considering that's the time we were to be sat. Not once did staff say "as a heads up, there's a long wait ahead or we're running behind, etc" nothing. So here we are standing in line waiting with 2 small kids as were many others. 45 minutes passes, we see the host randomly seating people out of order in the line based on how many people are in their party. I approached her and asked how much longer the wait would be - bomb dropped! She replies "we're doing the best we can because we were double booked, someone booked a party of 200 at the same time as this event." LOL! What a mess! Internal miscommunication there - how in the world do you book a party at the same time as an almost sold out event with pre-paid tickets sold and no refunds given. I have to say the staff was nice and welcoming and everyone was doing their best. Some guy even yelled and got in the face of the manager - a bit aggressive for my liking but hey it got him a table so to each their own. We asked her to split a large table with another party so she finally agreed to sit us with another family at a table of 10. Food: it was a brunch style buffet, unfortunately a lot of the food was running out so fast they were having trouble keeping the trays full. The food was fine, regular brunch food nothing with a wow factor. Our server only came around once with water and drinks for the kids, didn't see her again. Maybe it was the end of shift or break? Who knows. It took forever to get someone to pay for the 2 apple juices we got since the food was part of the prepaid ticket. I have to give it up for the back of the house staff who was doing their best to keep up with this poorly planed event. Thank you! We saw the characters plenty of times so that part was cool, they stopped to say hi and take photos with everyone. Half the characters were walking around the tables and the other half were on the other end of the dining area. Arcade area: each prepaid ticket got a play card to go into the arcade and play those games - here's the kicker it was packed! Everyone with the delays in seating etc finished around the same times causing a huge crowd in the arcade area and you couldn't really play much. As a first time visitor not knowing what to expect and excited to see this place for the first time - I can't say I'll return or be eager to check out another event. I really hope they learn from today's event for next weekend and plan ahead for all of these issues and lack of communication with customers. read more

Will never go back here. The hostess suck ass. I asked to be seated away from a family with small children and the hostess sat me right near them with there were available tables near the entrance. He told me that those tables weren't set up for two people. Then a white couple came in and were seated at the table that I requested. I spoke with two managers the restaurant manager understood where I was coming from but the manager on the gaming side tried to treat the situation like it was nothing soooo they won't get another dime from me and will tell my friends and family not to spend their money with a place like this. Overall a fun place for adults and lots of activities. We played arcades and did one of the escape rooms. Customer service is the biggest issue here, as it is quite inconsistent. The coat check guy had exceptional customer service skills and was welcoming, unlike the front desk staff. The escape room staff were also great- laid back and engaging, they looked like they enjoyed their jobs. I can't rate the bar service, because I was straight up ignored by the bartender for 10 minutes. Fortunately, the Ghostbusters speakeasy is right by the entrance, so we walked over there and were served by a friendly bartender. Drink menu is the same. Let me start by saying we were big fans of this place during the soft opening days when they were offering free arcade games. We were willing to look past the service which was finding its groove and the high prices on food and drinks mainly because the games were discounted or free. I even was at the grand opening party and had a great time. After that, the high prices on the arcade and having 3 kids that spend money faster than I can make it made it so we haven't really returned for the last year. Fast forward 14 months and I've been back twice in the last week. One for an escape room birthday party my daughter attended and another for Thursday Jeopardy. Jeopardy was well attended with 14 teams yet there was no server taking orders so you had to go to the bar in the middle of the game if you wanted something. Fine. We order our $20 drinks and fries for the table which never came. We went back in the middle of the game and ordered food and reminded them of the fries. They came to the bar 20 min later unbeknownst to us. Same with our food which we had to keep checking at the bar for. The walnut chicken salad came with no chicken. By the time the cold chicken from Cisco came in a tiny cup we had finished our food. I will say the chicken and waffles was good so one star there, Jeopardy game was well attended and fun so one star more. Wonderverse has to lower their prices on food, drinks, and games and make service a priority to be in the big leagues where people want to spend time there and go back. The last two times I was there the Ghostbusters speakeasy was roped off and empty and that is something that makes the place unique that is not even being utilized. If you halved the prices you would have 4 times more people wanting to go, but instead it sits empty. Same for the arcade, and same for the experiences. read more

The food itself was good, we especially enjoyed the fried pickles shareable and my husband liked his Hickory Bacon Smash Burger. Their house fries side came with both of our entrees. An absolute fail for Sony I was excited to come here and experience all the fun things I read about but it's all so underwhelming. VR is stuff found in any passing arcade, the bumper cars section is tiny and the bumper cars move at a pace that you won't know you were bumped, food is mediocre, uncharted escape room is decent but there are better escape rooms in the burbs and Chicago and the arcade games pretty much all suck and outdated already some weren't even operating which is crazy since there is hardly any games in this giant space. The 2 air hockey tables were the worse air hockey tables I've ever played on in any amusement place in my life And why is this place so big? The giant space is so poorly used...Just a huge room with tons of chairs and couches and tables...lol If you came here for some awesome sitting and relaxing this place is 5 star all day long...Where are the games? Where are the pinball machines?. The bathrooms are nice and huge...Actually bigger than bumper car section...lol I've never seen so much space so poorly used...Who made the interior design decisions here...Just lame. Even the merch room is terrible...All these IP'S Sony owns and they aren't utilized at all...just a few shirts and hats and thermos...huh? How do you have lame merchandise? This is inexcusable. The one star I'm giving is because the the one room with the driving games is pretty fun and the only reason I would come here. Btw the Sunday I came here the place was a ghost town with more workers than people...I predict this place has about a year left before closing down...I thought the same about Namco Level 257 at Woodfield mall and yep they closed down. And Level 257 was light years better than this Wonderverse. At the end of the day coming to Wonderverse made me want to just go back home and enjoy playing on my PS5 and PSVR. Amazing service, friendly people, staff was extremely helpful and patient. The staff made sure we had a good experience, they were attentive and seemed happy to be there for the benefit of showing the guests a great time at Wonderverse. We appreciated the great service and the staff genuinely showing an interest in the guest having fun and an overall great experience. We got the package that included all of the games and 3 VR experiences. Our group enjoyed all the games and the trying the VR experiences. We did not eat b/c the restaurant had not opened yet, I think the bar was open. Wonderverse was super fun and unique. This was a fun outing with friends and family. read more

This place is fabulous! Few of us girls got together and spent the afternoon there. We started with the escape game - I'll be honest we were worried about it being a half hour - we had so much fun! Had a bite at the restaurant and all the food was tasty. Smash burgers are juicy and tasty. Ravioli was good but a little small. Ghost busters VR rocked (Jullian was so nice and helpful.). The drinks are made well. Zombie bumper cars were so much fun. Clean! Very clean. They wiped down all the VR after each person. One of our party lost a phone - they were great! I thought it would be a good idea to take my boyfriend to the jumanji experience, and it was fun for a short time. The experience itself was very short but not too bad. But for the price I paid and coming from Chicago, it was definitely not worth it. I wish they would advertise this more as a kid's arcade than a place for adults. read more

I give this place and a few standout employees an A for effort but there is other staff that is not up to par. Super slow service in dining and just ok food. The arcade was cool and the VR is wild, worth a visit to experience it yourself. read more

The service here is horrible. I have come here multiple times and each time, EVERY bartender has a disgusting attitude. My food never comes. I have to go back up to the bar and ask for it because I see it just sitting there. Today my drinks were not brought and when I went up to them to ask for them she made me get it myself. They need to get new staff before they lose faithful customers. read more

First time visit to Wonderverse. Was very much looking forward to the Christmas brunch they had, however, was a great disappointment. The service was terrible. It took 20 minutes after we sat down for a server to take our drink order. They ran out of kids juice, which was surprising as well. Grabbed food from the buffet which was your typical brunch/lunch buffet. They had 2 elves, Santa Claus, and Mrs. Claus walking around. We sat for over 1.5 hr, while not a single "character" visited our table. There were 6 tables that sat after us, which the characters visited. Finally left as my toddler was starting to get bored, as she wanted Santa, who never showed. read more

Very much a mixed bag. The "greeter" was awful. "Hi. We're a party of 6, here for the Jeopardy thing." OK well that doesn't start until 7 (it was already 630). "So where do we go?" It's over by the VR. Over that way. "Do we just sit anywhere? We've never been here before and don't know how anything works". A vague finger pointing and that's it. From there, it took 30 minutes for some of our party to get their initial drink order. We received the wrong drinks too. Half the food was hot, the other half was not though supposed to be. But still tasty. Mixed drinks were OK and we liked their fries. To be blunt, the guys working there were doing the best they could and were friendly. The two ladies were the opposite. I don't see how this cavernous space survives with their attitudes, behaviors and words. Jeopardy guy was fun! read more

You can exlnter the location via stairs or elevator. Everyone is extremely friendly, from security to the bartenders. Drinks were good. On average, the price per game is around $1.50 to play. There is a restaurant located inside but we did not try the food. It gives off a nice lounge ambiance, with soft music, outside of the arcade room area. read more

The place was empty. There was no help with getting the playcard. The restaurant was empty as well and the staff didn't want to really be there or work. The food was mediocre and cold. Its too bad because it could be such a wonderful place for families. read more

I'm not really sure what to say about this place. There's definitely way too much empty space. We came here on a Saturday night for drinks after having dinner at Seasons 52, so about 7:30pm. There was practically no one there. We headed to the bar and asked the bartender where the Ghost Tap Speakeasy was. The bartender said it was closed because there wasn't anyone to work it. I asked for a drink on tap that was in front of me and she said they didn't have it. We all got cans of beer. $8 each. We sat on some of the couches and hung out. But besides one birthday party and a few couples, it was empty. No one eating at the numerous tables. It was just weird. The bartender was nice! We did not do any of the experiences because we came for the Ghost Tap Speakeasy. read more

Came in for soft opening after a fellow yelpie posted. I'm glad we came then, no crowds at the various areas we tried. We played all games with no wait. Similar to main event, Dave and Busters, etc, you can buy a card for the games and add funds. That being said, games were about $1.75-2.50 per play. Be mindful if you are on a budget as this place may not be for you. We ended up purchasing a $50 card that had a $15 bonus at this time. We also paid $ 12 per person on the ghostbusters blitz. As there were no crowds, we paid for a time at the kiosk 20 min later. I saw there was a coat check on the way out. Small gift shop with t-shirts and hoodies. Staff were friendly but still working out the kinks. Fun for a date nite. read more

Visited with my family (2 adults/2children). Paid $130 for Sunday brunch. Took 25 minutes before a server came to our table to take drink orders which were included. I ordered 1 mimosa outside of water and juices. I paid an additional $40 just for the tip which wasn't included in the prepaid brunch. When we finally were ready to explore and play, we found one of the main attractions (later found more) had height restrictions and other games that weren't working. This made it very limited to what my family actually had access to playing. For paying almost $200 for a family brunch, it was incredibly disappointing. read more
