We sat in a private nook in the corner which accommodated our 8 people (which the staff was fine with us adding 2 more to our 6 person reservation initially). The entire place is so well decorated and if you look around there's tons of fun details and decor. The menu is made up of a map and they provide everyone with their own personal flashlight to see it. When you order certain drinks, it triggers various special effects. At times, it felt like an adult rainforest cafe with changing sounds and lights. Our server went above and beyond to make our experience great, going all out with his special effects and overall sassiness. You get a two hour allotment and our server did a great job of updating us of how much time we had left. We will definitely be back!

They really did a nice job with this place land the theme on every square inch of the place! We had a group and got a nice private booth in the corner. Our server was the best he made it so much fun. The drinks are very on theme and they have them divided by how much alcohol is in each. Some are even made to share! Also we learned as we went that some of the drinks come with a special show! I'll keep the surprise going and not tell you which ones! They are quite expensive (over $20) and the ones I got tasted awful...but it was more about the experience! I think it is more of a novelty type place but really fun with a small group.

I've celebrated my birthday here, have met up with friends here and more gone when they had a food collab. This place is awesome. They get very busy but the ambiance is fun. Last year, we got a group together to celebrate "The Eve Before the Eve" (12/23) and we had such a blast! Tasty cocktails, chill atmosphere. They do not serve food at this establishment but you can order food or bring food in. It kind of works out because there is so much delicious food on the strip! If you want a good craft cocktail, access to delicious eats nearby or a place to meet up with some friends for a birthday or just because, this is a good place to start! And please, for the love of god try the Tom Collins if that's your kind of drink...it's so good!

One guy at the end of the night even said someone would be with us, then he went and cleared our table even though we were going right back to it. The bar tender we ended up getting didn't speak a single word to us and he disappeared midway through our short stay. We ordered our drinks and after so long of not seeing them we decided to look for them. Turns out they were left with a group of guys at the bar. My friend was so uncomfortable because she's had bad experiences with her drinks being left unattended. We still ended up drinking them after the guys eventually left the bar. They were very bland, weak, and sweet. For $10 happy hour getting a sus drink that tasted like melted ice- big nope. I will never be going back.

The food is delicious. I had the 2600 which has a heaping amount of filet pieces. It's served with chips and is so yummy. This is a cute place for date night or hanging with friends! An Amazing Team-Building Experience at The Trap!…read more We came back after 11 months, and we had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Trap! Our two Parsons offices, the Downtown Orlando office and the Altamonte Springs office, came together for a team-building event, and everyone had an amazing time. A very special thank you to Miriam for all her assistance in planning our activity. Her cordiality, professionalism, and willingness to help throughout the entire process certainly did not go unnoticed. She made everything so easy and was always available to assist us. We also want to give a huge shout-out to Austin, the Manager, who went above and beyond to make sure our group was having a great time and that everyone was well taken care of. His attention and hospitality truly made a difference. And what can we say about the extraordinary Ian, Bryh, and Morgan? You were all awesome! You made the axe-throwing experience fun, exciting, and memorable for everyone. A special thank-you as well to Paola at the bar, who kept everything running smoothly, and to Yen and Lala, who provided excellent service throughout our visit. I look like I came straight out of the Jersey Shore (it's embarrassing).. was at this bar for the 1st time.. looking for a regular hangout spot.. my bracelet fell off, and I left my phone on the bar when I checked out.. nobody turned anything in.. my boyfriend kept calling my phone.. finally, somebody answered and told him to meet him at some random place and he wanted money for it.. so we did get my phone back.. and my bracelet yeah he had that too.. long story short, the bartender knew who he was because she remembered me looking for my phone and he's a regular. He is now banned (hopefully).. I felt like he was watching me the entire time we were there.. waiting for me to do some tourist stuff (and I did, even tho I'm not). We looked over the happy hour menu (good all day on Monday nights and Tuesday through Friday 5-7pm). We ask Mel about the "Bartender's Choice" selection under happy hour drinks. She said the bartender will mix a drink of their preference. The customer cannot choose the alcohol or any mixers as the bartender makes the decisions all by him or herself. Mel asked if we had any allergies or any other issues that might affect the drinks the bartender would like to make. We said we did not and we decided to take on this "choice" experience. Serena was the bartender of the evening and she did an amazing job. She mixed up various concoctions for us throughout the night (we ordered a second round after the first one) and we enjoyed every drink she prepared. The presentation of the drinks were also well done. Serena's cocktails consisted of bourbon, rum, and various ingredients which could include bitters, lemon, agave or other cocktail mixers. She was the bartender extraordinaire of the evening. For food, we ordered the half dozen chicken wings (2 orders since they were so good) and the pizza empanadas to start. The two empanadas had mozzarella cheese stuffed inside and were served with a warm marinara. From the main menu, we ordered the Faroe Island Salmon, which was served on a bad of risotto and tomato butter, with capers. The portion of the salmon was somewhat small for the price of $28, but it and the risotto were cooked perfectly. We ended the night with their signature drink, "Death in the Afternoon" which contains absinthe and is one of my favorite drinks here in Orlando. It was another five star experience and my friend found a new restaurant she now loves. All in all, a great night thanks to the attentiveness and easy-going attitude of Mel, our server, and the exceptional cocktails from the bartender, Serena. Thank you both for a job very well done!
