Every time i hit "print" i would pray that the machine would work and print the document, and when it didn't print i ran to Kinkos to print out document and then be running late.....There is a scene in the movie office space where 3 guys take a bat and destroy there printer, that was me and my printer for personal and business use. Thanks to Saramana Business products and the RICOH printer and products that i now have in my office i am worry free about the dreeded PRINT buttion. From Christie, to bobby dean to mick dean they are all beyond customer service. I never have any issues with printer or their products. Now when i use the printer i have no worries and no issues. I stopped in as I saw a "store closing" sign in the window…read more As I looked at the prices of some of the sale items and even with the discount they were giving for going out of business, it was still cheaper to get some of the items elsewhere (Walmart and Amazon). If you need something for your office or home office, you may be able to get a deal on a desk or chair if you were already looking. As of the first week of January 2026, most of the stuff was 10-15% off so no real savings. Things like stickers were the only things I saw at a much higher percentage. The staff was friendly and I walked up and down every aisle looking for a deal and left empty handed. They said the store was closing in February 2026 so maybe in a few weeks, the sale items will be cheaper.

I wandered off, and in about 10 minutes, I received notice that my appointment was ready. The guy helping me was super thorough and knowledgeable. He confirmed what I already knew - that my iPad needed to be replaced with a new one. Fortunately, I could get a trade in amount of $190, so that helped substantially with purchasing a new one. The apple "genius" (maybe Andrew?) ordered my new iPad mini, went and got it, took my payment, deactivated my old one, set up my new one, and scrubbed the old one. Altogether it took less than an hour and I was on my way, easy peasy. I don't use their services often, but it's nice that they are available if I need to.

Within 4-5 days of normal use (the phone was never dropped or damaged), the glass developed cracks. For comparison, $9 multi-packs from Amazon typically last us months without issues. Then the real frustration began. The store told us the warranty is not handled by Apple but by Belkin. That means filling out a lengthy online form, waiting nearly a month for processing, then another week for shipping. It has now been almost two months since purchase, and we've been walking around with a brand-new phone covered by a cracked screen protector. Extremely overpriced, disappointing durability, and a warranty process that is slow and impractical. I would not recommend buying these screen protectors at the Apple Store. Ordering from Amazon is far cheaper and far less hassle.
