If you're lucky enough, and they find your package in the back, you will likely continue to receive notifications from UPS that your package is waiting for you because half the time they will forget to ask you to sign for your package and it will appear that you've never picked it up. As I write this, I just received three messages in the last 24 hours reminding me to pick up a package (that I already have) or they're sending it back. The rest of the time, you'll receive a notification that your package is ready for pickup, which it truly is, but they will claim it's not there or that they know nothing about it. Doesn't matter that it has a UPS tracking number, they will not check that. You will have to return another day and insist that your package tracking says it's arrived and...oh my goodness! Indeed it REALLY is there and was actually there all along! I only send to here from Amazon if the package cannot be sent to the Amazon locker. However, in the last year, I've had issues with this location at least 6-8 times and that is over half the total times I've had parcels delivered there. I am not bothered by employees making mistakes but this repetitive issue is not "mistakes", this is unprofessional. I would like to use this location because it's conveniently located, but I at this rate, it's becoming not worth it.

These were some of the rudest people I've ever seen at the 2018 boat races. First off they put…read moretarps up all around their "exclusive" area so no one could see the races then they had drunk obnoxious people yelling obscenities in the area with children. This guy in pink shorts happily announced to everyone he was peeing in the water and invited people to come stand next to him to enjoy the aroma. It was embarrassing. He was also heard telling stories of the time he defecated in the water and had to run to avoid the floaters. I hope next year this group is relocated to the far end of the course so us in the RV terrace area don't have to listen to this nonsense. This wasn't the only offender. Others were heard telling children they don't have to listen to the patrol boats. I mean get a clue. If you're in a corporate reserved spot you should know you represent the values of that corporation.
