I called to find out about exchanging it, and learned that there's a 25% charge to exchange a new item. This means that for a $250 dollar chair, I'll be paying $60 to exchange it and buy a more expensive chair. This really does not sit right with me. I think a policy unusual like that it needs to be verbally stated to the customer prior to sale. This policy pretty much sours my good feelings about TOPS; to return a new item with tags on two days after purchase, for an exchange, should not cost 25%. Management should consider the impact of this policy on customer feelings.

The new V3 C-Frame is a noticeable improvement in stability over my old V2 C-Frame, especially when at standing height. I will likely buy another smaller desk to use as a mobile workstation that I can wheel around the house too. Uplift also has great customer service! I had a question about the new V3 frame desktop compatibility and Kiara from Uplift customer support was quick to answer my question and help make sure I got what I needed. Many thanks! Shipping was extremely fast as well. I placed my order at 2:30pm on a Thursday and it shipped same-day! As an added bonus, since I live in the same state that Uplift is based in (Texas), my desk was delivered the next day, Friday at 1:50pm. That's less than 24 hours from purchase to delivery! Assembly of the new V3 frame was also a breeze. It took me maybe 2-3 hours to assemble, but I had a few extra accessories to install and I took my time to cable manage everything well. If you were assembling many of these desks at once, or had less accessories to install, I'm sure you could do it in much less time.

Needing them so soon, I drove to Office Depot to purchase the pens. I parked, went to place a to-go order at Loro next door. Walked back to Office Depot, purchased my Sharpie Gel pens then returned to my car to find an AGGRESSIVE man waiting at my car, a BOOT on my tire and he Demanded $100 to remove it. I genuinely felt threatened. Despite being a customer of OFFICE DEPOT they demanded the money from me. I can't believe Office Depot partners with A Predatory , Aggresive towing/booting company of this nature. I no longer will support Office Depot and will be emailing corporate about this horrific experience. I felt their curbside delivery was a bit slow compared to the order fulfillment acknowledgements. At the same time, it was tax-free back-to-school weekend there was a a steady if slow stream of foot traffic while I waited the 10 minutes or so for my order to be brought out. I got a steal of a deal on the masks, which made it well-worth the wait. I'm not sure what the in-store experience is like, but I am happy enough to try them again.

The documents all come out as anticipated and accurate with the number of copies. For the four pages printed today it was $3.08. I think that's a good value but others may not.

It is impossible to reach the stores directly now and even their chat agent was no help. You need a FedEx tracking number to proceed. See the problem? It's coming from UPS to FedEx so you go in a circle. There's no way to get a human agent anymore which is the basis for my complaint. You have optimized yourself right out of being helpful for your clients, shame on you!
