    Quality prints for low prices at this location!

    I'm an artist who continually needs prints and this place is my go-to. They also sell very high quality office supplies and printers for reasonable prices and have more selection than Wal-Mart. Their prints are very inexpensive. Full color prints on their scanners are only 39 cents, and I think B&W is only 12 cents. They cost a little more if you print them from the front and need them custom sized to fit the page. The other day I got 4 super high quality prints (pictured) for only $3. You can also send PDFs of resumes and sheet music and get that printed here too. The customer service is really nice and are dealing with Covid safely. The cashiers have hand sanitizer near them and use it before touching your products. You are required to wear a mask to shop here. I hope this store sticks around.

    I bought a really expensive chair from Ducky's Furniture on July 2021, which came with a lifetime…read morewarranty. The process of buying the chair was easy. They have a nice showroom, and the salesperson was attentive and helped me decide on a great solution. This year, the part that lifts the chair stopped working. I brought the chair in on March 29, 2024, and they said they'd start the replacement process. A month later, there was no progress. I had to repeatedly call them to get any action. Finally, they had the vendor ship a new chair. However, FedEx said they only received the order on April 26, 2024, over a month after I had dropped off the chair. This means that without my constant follow-ups, the order might never have been started. Now, it's May 20, 2024, almost another month has passed since FedEx received the order, and the tracking status hasn't progressed past "We have your package." This isn't how deliveries are supposed to work. The company tells me the problem might be due to the vendor being unreliable. So here I am, nearly three months after dropping off my chair for a replacement, still chairless. Last month, I had to go to the store to demand my broken chair back just to have something to sit on. I feel bad pestering the same front-desk employee on the phone. He's been very nice and polite through this process, and I know it's not his fault at all. I expected better service for such a high-priced item with a lifetime warranty. I hope this review will prompt Ducky's Furniture to improve their customer service and expedite my replacement chair.
