The service was efficient as I had to mail a big box of household items back home to my house. The process was quick but the delivery but UPS itself was not. I was told that the box would be delivered to my home on Friday but it didn't arrive until Monday. What happened wasn't the store's fault but the driver who said they attempted delivery but did not. We were home the whole time they said they would deliver as they gave us a timeframe, then I got a message on my phone that they attempted delivery but they did not. On that Monday I saw a UPS delivery truck in our neighborhood and asked the driver about my package that I was having delivered to myself and he said it was not on the truck. So he said he would make a note of it when he got back to the office. However, a few hours later, I see this same driver carrying my box up to my front door and that was very nice of him since he knew I had been waiting for it since Friday. read more

I'm glad to know that if you need something notarized, the UPS Store has you covered. My partner and I needed to get some documents notarized and were up north doing errands during rush hour. I saw on the UPS website that they offer notary services, but wanted to make sure that they do indeed have this, as we wanted to send off these documents as soon as possible. I called around 5pm in Bothell and the friendly employee who answered the phone let us know that the notary leaves before 6pm, so I let her know that we were on our way. The UPS Store here is very small, as it mostly is a place with counter service and mailboxes. Located in downtown Bellevue, it's in a small business strip, so parking isn't an issue. When we arrived in the late afternoon on a Thursday, there was a line, which went by fast. The notary was able to sign off on our documents and witness our signatures. It was a painless process. For every signature required by the notary, it's $10. I'm just glad to know that this service is available in case we can't make it to the bank (which tends to close right at 5pm). read more

Been here a few times for dropping off packages to return to Amazon. I wait and drop off at counter to receive the tracking number and peace of mind it was received. Counter staff readily available and quick. When I went on Dec 28th, there were a few people in front of me but it moved quickly and I was out the door quicker than the time it took to get in and out the parking lot. Bellevue Way can be tricky depending on what time of day you're getting here. Unfortunately the lot is always pretty busy during weekdays when Ive gone and a bit chaotic maneuvering in and out of lot since theres a couple entrances and a confusing 1-way entrance by Yogurt Shop. So Im taking away star just because of pain of having to carry a heavy package from a not so right in front spot. If I had the choice though Id come to this location vs the not so friendly staff and hardly at counter help of the Lakemont UPS store. read more

I have come to this store more than a few times now and it has been a mixed experience. While most times there staff is friendly there is this lady who is pretty rude. I have had the staff help me print shipping labels more than a few times but a few months back this lady plainly refused to help me and even though I told her that I don't mind paying for the print out she simply refused. I went to the ups store on ne 20th and got the label printed for a dollar. After that i simply bought a printer at my house. But I had this really big package and refusing help to customers isn't such a good thing to do. Of course I will keep coming here as I order a lot of stuff from amazon and this is the nearest ups store but if I had another option I might go there. Last year, my parents moved to Arizona into the what I believe is still technically the boundaries of a town but is basically in that gray area between rural desert and Death Mountain. (cue Zelda music) Areas with such populations do not have modern conveniences like mail delivery, and such sending packages to them through USPS is no longer possible, which has led me to turn to UPS, despite a Post Office in walking distance. Surprisingly, I found it was worth the walk. Still plenty of parking, so far the same. Wait, something is wrong. Pleasant employees. No line. Are you *sure* you're in the shipping and handling business? The first time I mailed something to them, UPS actually didn't have the address. Apparently, when you live in the cracks between zip codes, the staff have to do a "manual override" that assumes the customer actually isn't trying to mail her package into the ether or dispose of a body with no return address. I've generally come back here when I need to mail something even if I have the option - they're open on Saturday which means I can actually get here even though I'm usually at work during their M-F hours, and life is too short to spend in USPS lines. read more

I was rubbed the wrong way when the clerk was misspelling names to my recipients on the UPS label when I had them written correctly on the form they ask you to fill out. Upon pointing out the errors to the clerk, he scratched it out with a pen on the printed label and wrote over the name to make the corrections. I think just making a new label with correct spelling would be more in order, no? It doesn't look professional and I was embarassed that my recipient would see this. read more

They recently moved to the 1100 Bellevue Way location. Did a really bad job planning - so opened the new location weeks later than announced. Also, clients can no longer access their mailboxes after hours; supposedly that's a temporary issue, but it's been several months with no update - other than "it's coming". This is especially frustrating given their abbreviated business hours. I pay more than $270/year for this service - not a good value. read more

This UPS store has the friendliest employees ever. I've been coming here for 2 years and I have never had to wait in line for more than maybe 1 minute. As soon as you walk in people run out and fall over themselves trying to help you out. In fact it is so convenient, that I come here and mail my USPS package is also, even though there is a small up charge for using the UPS Store. This location also has private p.o. boxes, as I believe all UPS stores do. The parking situation is a little crazy at times, as there is too little parking. The parking lot is shared by the numerous other stores in this small strip mall, including yogurt land which is adjacent. These guys saved the day for me. Came in to mail a package and I guess I had not done a very good job wrapping it-thought I did. My hands were full and I dropped it as I was opening the door. The sides of the package came apart and the whole thing was in no condition to mail. The guy working in the back saw me and came over to help me pick it up and then re-wrapped the box the way I should have done it to begin with. I didn't even have to ask him to do it. Stayed home from work to sign for a UPS delivery which did not arrive. Check of UPS web page stated status changed to "delay". Contacted UPS and was told delivery would be the next day and that no signature would be required. Went back to work & UPS left a notice that they tried to deliver but they could not since no one home. They would not let me pick up the package and they would not let me change the delivery address to business as this was restricted by shipper, Best Buy. Contacted Best Buy to see if they could direct UPS to deliver to my work address and was told that would not be possible. Bottom Line: DO NOT ORDER from Best Buy On-Line & DO NOT USE UPS FOR DELIVERIES. UPS CANNOT GUARANTEE THEIR DELIVERY DATES AND THEY WASTE YOUR TIME.
