Literally came in to get a box and packaging to ship a picture frame. The lady at the front told me they don't do that. When I asked her for a box to do it myself she told me they don't have boxes. Your manager, Ankur wants to run a business & disrespect me for $4.00 on a piece of paper when I emailed them to print and took less than 15 seconds to generate with computer time? I did my due diligence and emailed them the document as well. Who charges someone $4.00 for that nonsense? The other employees there are respectful and know how to do business which I appreciate which made me come back time and time again but if your manage era wants to nickel and dime me, believe i will utilize office services elsewhere. I came in on an extremely busy Friday with two appointments. Once I arrived there was a line out of the door, however Willis worked my appointments in all while continuing to assist the other patrons. Conveniently located UPS store in University City, lots of services available. On this visit I returned a text book to Amazon. I had incidentally disposed of the box the book came in months ago, but for a very low, reasonable price , UPS gave me a standard box they use for these type of shipping's . Initially the line was quite long as it was only one associate and a manager in the back. I can't be mad at them because the associate acknowledged everyone while they were waiting , and remained patient and professional with a woman he was helping with some sort of finger promoting services . In addition to usual postal services, I overheard while waiting in line , you can have documents notarized at this location . read more

I have a mailbox at this UPS store. I have an amazon addiction so I'm in there everyday picking up packages. Willis is amazing. He has my packages ready when I walk in the door. He even helped me out big time with an Amazon return. There is a younger guy in there a lot too that is really nice. At first, I selected the wrong label for my return and Willis walked me step by step in the process to get the correct label. Willis is so helpful! I always seem to visit the store when he's there (or he just works super hard and is always there haha)! Aside from him being so sweet and well-spoken, this man is the KING of multitasking! Phones, greeting customers as they enter and leave, processing shipping orders, etc. AT THE SAME TIME! He is always giving me tips about how to make my trip to UPS easier! Ex: I came in to return something to Amazon and purchased a box to send my item in. Today, I experienced THE WORST CUSTOMER that I ever have in my 62 years on earth! The UPS agent was rude, belligerent, and very unprofessional. I was there to return a package to Amazon.com. I was there for over an hour attempting to get a mailing label printed - while being treated rudely by this agent and being past over again and again by this agent! He spoke abruptly to another customer while I was there as well. He engaged in unprofessional personal conversations with customers who offered to bring him fried chicken for his services! This was my third experience with this agent and all three we're unfavorable. Something need to be done! Customers should receive good customer service - it should be a given and shouldn't have to be harassed just to mail a package! read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. The manager, Ankur Patel, has no care whatsoever about the customer. He shouldn't even be a manager. Waited 10 minutes, wasted 10 minutes, in the store to get a fingerprint done that should only take 5 minutes to do. The store was not very busy at all, I don't understand why he made me stand around for 10 minutes. I literally watched him walk around the store trying to find something to do other then helping me. There was no reason for the poor customer treatment. I left the store and never plan on returning. I wouldn't suggested this store to anyone. Terrible Customer Service! The owner, Ankur Patel, was incredibly rude. There was no one in store and he refused to help my sister get her fingerprint done! As soon as we walked in, the clerk Ashley greeted us even though she was helping another customer. And when I asked her where was the tape I wanted to purchase, she offered to tape up the box for me! The store was clean and very neat. Once she was done with the other customer she promptly taped up my box, offered me a receipt, and we were on our way. A very seamless process. I used the computer and also printed and scanned some documents so I was in the store for a little while.
