I was told I am scheduled 2 weeks out on Wednesday although we really wanted the mailbox to be replaced immediately. Come installation day no one calls and the day passes the mailbox is not fixed. Again nobody showed up on Monday and I again promptly called them. I was told that I am scheduled for next day on Tuesday. And third time was not a charm! Again nobody shows up to install. The point is the company is unprofessional taking your money and promising installation dates that they cannot keep up. In the meantime we have all our mails not getting delivered since the mailbox is broken. I wish I had gone with someone else who could have done it quicker. At this point I still don't have my mailbox fixed. I am going to keep trying to get these guys install the mailbox for the money I have paid! I went in last week to mail a small box that had 1 mug in it, less than 4lbs. I was charged $15 and change, not including tracking nor insurance and was told that USPS would cost me more. This morning I had to mail 2 mugs in the same small box, package was still less than 4 lbs, i sent it Priority mail, $50 insurance was included and i received the numbers to track the package for $7.50. Needless to say I got ripped off at Package Plus (1 small box with 1 -110z mug for $15+ compared to 1 small box with 2 -11oz mugs for $7.50) Clearly a rip off!!!
