November 2nd, 2025 3;45 pm. I went in for assistance printing a shipping label from and email. "Alex" who I ask to assist me with the task and began by telling me how easy it was for me to do. He appeared to be aggravated that I would even ask for assistance with such a mundain task. "Alex" did end up helping and we did have a bit of back and fourth banter (I told home to "stop being rude"), which he denied, but I did end up getting my copy. Just bad customer service from Alex on this day, at this time, for this customer. read more

Not for large or numerous Fedex boxes. I brought in a Wayfair return of 13 boxes, to ship via Fedex, and they were not equipped to deal with it. They could not scan return QR codes, so I paid to print the labels on their printer. They then instructed me to tape the labels on the boxes, then to move them myself to their Fedex cart behind the counter. When I asked for a ship receipt, the response was "for all of them? it's going to take a while." read more

We stopped in to buy some folding chairs on a Wednesday evening but were a little disappointed by the service. We couldn't find anyone in the store and had to seek out help at the front counter. The staff just seemed a little disinterested. We found the chairs but they only had one of the ones we really wanted, so we went for a mismatched pair out of necessity. If we encounter the same type of service, we will probably shop elsewhere. read more

My mother passed away and I was having trouble with the obituaries. The DAY OF MY MOTHER'S FUNERAL, the general manager Dana took her time, called around and took her time to do the program and rush it for me! I cannot say enough about the staff and their level of professionalism and compassion . read more

This was a very horrible experience. I placed an order online for pickup and never received an email that it was ready. This is a business purchase that I'm doing. This store started that their network was down and they couldn't communicate with corporate. For me that is not a valid excuse as everyone has smartphones and can have the number for their corporate office and reach out to them to let them know what is going on and avoid something like this. When the registers came up, they notified me that it can only be cash purchases. Another thing that didn't make sense is that I made the payment online therefore, I wouldn't need to purchase anything. I've been a Business customer for them for years and this is not the way you treat your customers. read more

I chose this as a FedEx location to overnight a time sensitive package. I was given several options for window of delivery. My drop off was on Monday 6/19 at 5:45 pm. I selected (and paid for) a Tuesday, 6/20 delivery by 10:30 am. Hours after the anticipated delivery time I contacted FedEx because the only tracking info I could find was that a shipping label had been created. It turns out that I had missed the last pick up time. The staff member assisting me neglected to inform me of that, yet guided me through delivery options & allowed me to pay for a delivery that wasn't possible. I was told (by FedEx) that after the package has been delivered I can request a refund. read more

Very friendly staff... Opens additional registers when lines get long... Very willing to help you find items throughout the store

Well, I had to return an item I'd purchased at a different location. This locations staff was very attentive and resolved the return fairly quickly. My only comment is why don't people smile and say things like thank you anymore? There are still a lot of jobless people in this country. The least you can do is make the customer think you enjoy your job. Once you get home or when you're on break you can act like your in hell. read more

This store is home to the nicest employees ever. We needed to buy a carpet protecting mat for out office chair. Walked in and an employee asks if he can help us find something, walks us over to the mats and gives us time to look around. Another employee stopped by a few minutes later and answered a few questions. We decided on our mat and as we took it to the front another employee offered to carry or for us. While waiting in line, another employee offered to check us out via mobile so we didn't have to wait for a register. Then on our way out I knocked over some gift cards with the unwieldy mat and two employees helped pick them all up. A+ read more

Well its office depot. They have a good selection of staplers, paper, and similar. The staff is not knowledgable about almost anything you ask them about and no mater how few people are in the store you almost always have to wait way to long in line to check out. read more

Self serve printing didn't function and the staff was unable to assist each other in fixing a problem with printing. I've never had an issue at any other Office Depot before. Staff was friendly but Not functional or knowledgeable. read more

Same day service! Ha! Ordered at 7:30 am online, tried to pick up at 6:50 pm according to the order confirmation to be done at 7. But they were backed up, so mine where never done. read more

I brought in four stacks of papers to be spiral bound (punch holes and insert spirals) over four hours ago and am still waiting. This job takes at most 10 minutes at FedEx Office. There is one employee and apparently he has been busy with other customers all day. read more

I have great experiences with the manager Paul who is always helpful. He feels like a member of my team. The location at Northgate Mall was the same way. Unfortunately not all employees of the Durham location are so pleasant. I have been coming to this location for five years nearly every other week and the manager there was just difficult for no reason. She pushed my job behind others who had submitted request after me. She has always had a bad attitude when I was serviced by her. I'm not sure why. I am always cordial. She gives this establishment a bad name. read more
