Doing my presentation with the attachments i need it in my page. She know everything , she gave me suggestions with a big smile and told me that everything was going to be fine since my printer broke and i needed help adding my pictures in a file. I stopped by this Office Depot looking for a 2027 calendar. I had done the same two years ago for a 2024 calendar and was so disappointed in the place that I merely gave them two stars. Well, things remain disappointingly the same. The place has no real order to it. The same things are in different aisles along different things which sort of sends you all over the place. Not sure if all the Office Depot locations have that open warehouse vibe, but this one does. Not one wall picture on either side. Most of the inventory was faced on the shelves but high prices throughout. The main attraction seems to be the self printing section but also high priced at .22 cents a b&w print or a whopping .75 cents for a color copy. Loved the Keurig machine for sale with coffee which is a smart idea at a work based store. read more

I came here to have the final stage of my application for TSA Precheck done. They appear to serve as an agent for a contractor who does some of the online processing. The process was simple and painless, although I had to press real hard to get my fingerprints registered by the fingerprinting machine. The person doing the processing was a sales manager, Alexandro. He was good spirited efficient and easy to work with. So, no complaints here. read more

Went to this Office Depot to check out the wireless charger for my phone. They did not have a large selection, but they did have a few to check out. The store is standard size for an office depot. It was hard to find anyone to ask questions, so I did my own homework and got out. I will check on their online website to see if I can find more options. read more

Did I get my requested print job done? Yes Did it take almost 2 hours ? Also Yes This experience was painfully slow. I walked in with the goal of printing 18 name tags on Avery labels and walking out. Avery labels are in aisle 4,btw. The representative didn't know how to convert the files, they were in png and they had to be convert to pdf and then back to png and without me standing there , I don't know what he would've done.... He didn't know how to size them on the avery site, he told me that If he did the work he would charge me an additional $20 for his "design" service but if a customer walks up, he would have to stop and assist them. I did them myself. In this scenario, I don't mind spending the extra for expertise. However, he didn't know what he was doing. Why would I pay you to struggle through and then you stop every two minutes a customer walks up. The whole experience was PAINFULLY SLOW. I'm sure you've been to the DMV or the Post Office or you've heard the expression it's like watching paint dry ?!? This is what it is. Do not come in last minute or last hour because it will not be done. Order it weeks before and just pick up and pray that it's done correctly.... It took 2 employees to figure out how to get the work lined up on the stickers and to print it properly. On a positive note, The employees were innovative. They came up with the solution to tape the labels on to a plain white sheet and that's what kept it in place. Kudos to them for that. Some trainings need to be done though. All in all, I would rather print at home next time. Do not come here unless you have TIME. Time to sit and walk the employees through your request. Time to make sure they are actively working on your request. Just a whole bunch of time. read more

This is a hidden gem. Hidden because if you didn't know it was there, you'd zip right on by. They share a parking lot with several other businesses, including Trader Joe's, which means the parking lot is busy. And you have to drive past TJ's to get to them. So plan accordingly. The place is pretty typical of Office Depot; large, well-stocked and priced right. It's pretty easy to find what you're looking for. If not, the people are always happy to help. I've been coming to this store for years and I've never had an issue with the workers or their customer service. All-in-all, it's top notch. My biggest surprise is that they only have two other reviews. I would have expected many more than that but as I said, it's hidden. I guess not enough Yelpers have found it yet. It's a nice store for office supplies and equipment. If you need something, take a trip in. And then do your grocery shopping next door and make it a win-win. read more

This was seriously the most ridiculous dealings I've had in a long time. The staff is lazy and the cashier I couldn't even understand he was mumbling so badly it was almost like he was just grunting. Whoever the hiring manager is at the location should be fired the staff is subpar and honestly I cringe thinking about shopping there. I wouldn't be surprised if this company goes bankrupt like bed Bath and beyond who equally have non-friendly lazy staff. read more

The new personnel is not exactly the best. Starting with the "Manager" Brian. I have had several runnings with him before. This time around and for the second time he tried to up-charge me $36 more than the bill. I went in for 10 copies, this man did not want to help me and finally did in a bad attitude. The printing machines for direct use were damaged, i asked him for copies and he said thats not his job, he is the manager and thats not his department. I got frustrated and he helped me in a bad attitude. When i went to pay he tried to charge me 40$ for 10 black and white copies... i complained and he said his labor counts so needed to charge more because he was doing it for me. I asked to speak to someone else and said i would call corporate and he gave me what he calls a "courtesy discount" and took of $36 so i paid $6... really? On another visit same thing happened. But that time i went to check the bag with copies and said to him i was missing some, gave him the package and he said he would not touch it because he didn't know where my hands have been at... isnt that discrimination? Prior to him the place was friendly and amazing. I will no longer be returning here as long as he is there Beware!!! read more

On Thursday, June 23, 2022, around 1 PM to 1:30 PM entered office depot store # 3355; 1570 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304 needing to have business cards printed now it's been a while since I've asked for business cards to be printed from Office Depot I went to the printing department which I was ignored by the employee standing there, so I thought he was on break I chose to go pick up a few things and come back he still did not help me to the point that when he decided he was going to have to his only offer was "do you need to sit down"! My reply was after being ignored for over 15 minutes "no I would like some decent customer service" No attempt was made to do that though and another employee started walking up behind me saying "you need to leave sir", so with that request I threw down the few supplies I had in my hand and started to walk out the store at that time the employee decided to pick a few choice words for me......?&$#%!! I will never shop at this Office Depot ever again and just only hope that the company is not that way in every one of their stores. At this particular store I have spent lots of money over the years for office supplies for other companies as well as my own companies. And at no time HAVE I EVER BEEN TREATED SO BAD! I have over 20 years of experience in the customer service industry and in those years I have never had an employee of mine or any other employee that I might be in front of to act so poorly! I will never step foot in that store again and we'll see if I ever give Office Depot anymore of my business!! read more

I purchased a set of ink for my computer 9/24/2020. I like to have a backup so didn't open until January 22, 2021. It was still in the factory sealed packaging until January 22,2021. When I put it in my HP printer , message read that the cartridges were defective. This has never happened to me before so I returned to store hoping to get a replacement. Luckily I had receipt. When I got to the store and told the guy at counter He said they only give a two week warranty. No where on my receipt did it state that. Maybe they changed terms since my purchase as he was quick to pull a current receipt out from behind register to show me the back of it. He had such a bad attitude. When I said they should let people know this as I'm sure I'm not alone in liking to have backup ink. Maybe it was delivered to them dried out ? Who knows, perhaps it was defective like the machine said. Doesn't matter they were having none of it. I was willing to buy a new set but of course they were out of stock . I bought a few rolls of Bounty Paper Towels from them and they left them out in the rain getting them all wet and soggy. I threw the whole mess away and they said I has to return it for credit. Amazon would never do that - don't buy from them!! read more
