The technician reprogrammed the remotes and hooked up the equipment. He stated if you have any issues to call him. We had functions on the remotes that did not work. Called him twice with no call back. Called the Geek Squad. at Best Buy in Destin and explained the issue. We were told if we wanted additional service we would have to pay again. Requested to speak to a manager. Was told he would call the following day. Did not receive a call back. It is obvious that the Geek Squad and Best Buy to not stand behind their service. The total time between the install and lack of response was two weeks. Cannot recommend any service involving the Geek Squad at Best Buy in Destin, FL

I told her I didn't pick color. She told me the copiers are always set to color you have to change the settings to black. Since when?! I've been printing there for a while and have never had to change the settings. Looks like staples has come up with a way to make more money off of their customers. I was still not happy that I had to buy the same phone because of that but they gave me a 700$ trade-in on a thousand dollar phone which helped us out. When I call their toll-free number I get hung up on at least once. The other day I asked for service and the technician came over and said he wouldn't help me. He was lazy! Came up with a bunch of reasons why he couldn't do the job instead of finding solutions. I simply want more than one device hooked up via cat5/6 but now Cox says they don't run Cat cables for customers who aren't security system customers. I pay $100 for horrible service. To top that off it disconnects at least five times per month. Cox service is horrible. We need competition to move in to bust up this monopoly.
