The gentleman that filled my propane was friendly as we're the ladies behind the counter. To make it even more convenient, they radio the whole process to each other so by the time I was at the counter to pay, she already had my sale rung up. A well oiled machine. Price was standard for the area, but the service well exceeded my expectations. I have found my new propane refill establishment! Thanks Ace!

Different ownership, I know. I was greeted shortly after entering and making my way over to the ornaments. The staff member that was helping me was extremely friendly but must have been newer because she didn't have immediate answers to my questions (one looking for a specific ornament they didn't have & another about an ornament I had in my hand.) I understand everyone has a learning and training period but please don't make up an answer only to finally ask your coworker after I begin questioning your initial answer. Hallmark always has tons of fun trinkets to browse through but at Christmastime it's all about the ornaments, baby! And unfortunately this store did not impress so I'll stick to the one in the mall even though I avoid the mall like the plague this time of year!

There was only 1 cashier so there was a line. I was in a bit of a hurry. I was on my lunch break…read moreand I'd hoped to complete a few errands. The issue really wasn't that there was only 1 cashier. The issue was the cashier. She wasn't really focused on getting everyone rung up and allowing me to pay. With a couple of folks in front of me, she stopped with them and pointed out that I could put my items on the belt. There's no place to put the shopping baskets so I put mine on the belt behind my 6 small items. When it was my turn to pay, she insisted I hand her the basket before starting with my stuff. The basket would've come right to her behind my items, automatically on the little conveyor belt. Anyways, she rung up my items and proceeded to instruct me how to pay with my phone, something that needed no instructions. I like many folks use my phone to pay several times a week, and often in that very store. My payment when through and the cashier got on her cell phone. I waited for what seemed like several minutes, but was probably only 45 seconds for her to get off of her phone. Again, I was kind of in a hurry. She got off her phone and printed my receipt. She shoved it deep into my bag. I had to take it out. I always lose receipts that way. After that I was on my way. The delays in the store ordinarily wouldn't have made much of a difference but they did today. My experience wasn't all bad though. There was another employee that was helpful. She was busy stocking and dropped everything to help me, even though I was just hoping for a little direction. These weren't to usual folks I see when I shop here. I'm a regular because it's right in my neighborhood. I'm sure I'll be back again and again. Today could've been a little better though.
