If ypu buy anything at this store be sure you do not choose the "no receipt" option even when paying with credit card. Un benounced to me I bought an item for $94 and some change. Paid with CC. The next day less than 24 hours later I brought it back, un opened, United damaged, literally in the same condition. All they had to do was put it back on the shelf. I asked for a refund was told they could not refund it to my credit card, like literally every other retailer in 2026 can. They was given the option to take cash. So I agreed. However the cash amount was nearly $40 less than the purchase amount. So ther policy is no receipt they will take it back but they make $40 by doing so. What a crock! I will never step foot in a Office Depot again! And all these retailer wonder why Amazon is kicking their ass read more

Online only" Imagine my surprise when I went to their website and found the price for Boise® X-9® 10rm case paper wasn't $39.99 but $46.99. Friendly, but messy. The print shop persona was overwhelmed. That said, she still took a big breath and helped direct me to something in the store. The office supplies are stretched between two opposite sides of the store. The checkout are looks like a bird of people returned stuff then exploded it all over the counters. Again. The employees are solid. The execution of the store is a mess. read more

Utilized the curbside pick-up service twice and am completely happy! The first time, I placed my printing order online and received both a text (you must opt-in) and an email once my order was ready, which was sooner than initially projected. The email included an "I'm Curbside" button. Within a minute, an associate was outside with my papers! He (I never got his name) greeted me with a smile (he was wearing a mask, but I could see the smile in his eyes and hear it in his voice) and asked my name to confirm. Quick and easy! Tonight was the second time utilizing the service. I placed the order again online and was given a projected completion date of tomorrow. It was already 6:45pm and the store was closing at 8pm, so I understood the delay. But, I needed the papers tonight, so I called the store and asked if it was possible to have it printed right away. The associate (again, I did not get a name) was very pleasant and said that he'd process the order as soon as it came through and mentioned that the store closes at 8pm. Twenty minutes after placing the order, I received an email noting that it's ready for pick-up. I again utilized the curbside pick-up service. And again, within 1 minute (seriously it was just a minute), an associate (I think it was the same guy that came out with my first order) was there! Pleasant and friendly! I've used curbside pick-up for at least a dozen other places; given the current times of social distancing. This has been the easiest and most efficient by far! Thank you! read more

The store is clean and neat. The customer service is great. Tracy helped me in the printing area. She was very patient and professional.

This is only a review for their printing services because I generally agree that their other products are higher priced and not much better quality than any of your local box stores. The employees working at the print center are pretty knowledgeable about their services and always get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. I'm constantly in getting documents scanned because I'm too lazy to buy my own scanner, and the quality is good and I've never had any issues. Scanning is .25¢ a page and black and white prints are .12¢, which I think is reasonable. They're always helpful if you need some guidance with the do-it-yourself machines. read more

Terrible for delivery items. Got a call yesterday that my item had shipped so was happy it would get here a day early. It never came. So today it was the day I expected delivery originally. They said they came here and no one was home. We have not left the house all day and our 4 dogs never barked. We also have security cameras all over. Called customer service and was told I would receive an email response. Still waiting. Nothing. Called store and still waiting for them to get back to me since yesterday. Nothing. So now we have to go out of town and we have a set of shelves being delivered. I would not trust their delivery again for anything. read more

We were at the Merritt Island Office Depot the week before Christmas. It was busy but Steve patiently and enthusiastically explained the different computers and printers, and asked us questions to best meet our needs. We will definitely return to this Office Depot for our future needs. All businesses need employees like Steve. read more

Office Depot said this was the best printer they sell. They sold me! I have been fighting with it for 6 months to get the black ink to work. Nothing I do will get the black to print. Office Depot talks in circles with no knowledge! read more

I don't know how they stay in business. The past two times I've been in they don't have the ink for my home printer. Prices seem high compared to Walmart for stuff like pens and paper. read more

Needed a lot of help buying my dad a new computer chair. My dad was unable to be there and Steve was so patient with us. Had to take pictures and come back to the store a couple of times. Everyone was really helpful and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. read more
