I just left this place and my experience was UH-MAYZING! The customers service clerk that helped me was name Johnny.(asian lookin dude, sorry johnny idk your last name) Anyways, i was in a super hurry and on a bit of a last minute emergency mission. I needed 35000 flyers printed ASAP and was out of paper and my order from staples was delayed due to the weather. soooo Literally the second I stepped in the store Johnny was already by my side asking me what I needed. I told him straight up, Im in a hurry i need paper, good paper but cheap if possible. BAM! hooks me up with a box of FIVE THOUSAND sheets for UNDER $30 and all under a minute was already ringing me up and telling me about the phone repair service that 1. Didn't know they had and 2. DESPERATELY need all the time. After Johnny rung me up he also helped me load my car! Thanks Johnny you're the best and WILL DEFINITELY be coming back! Great job man! read more

If I could give ratings on employees, I would, and I'd give Oscar, the store manager 5 stars. But this 2 star rating is for the 2 techs that "work" there. Let me just point out that I drove from DTLA to go to this Office Depot because the 2 located near downtown( near USC & little Tokyo) are TERRIBLE. Management is just as rude as the employees under them. So I came to this location, since I used to print here often and the employees here were always friendly and helpful. I took my laptop in on a Monday and the tech was not there. Came back on Tuesday because I was told he was scheduled to come in but the tech had called off work. So I ended up leaving my laptop there that day since 2 techs were going to be working on Wednesday. On Wednesday I receive a call from Oscar (the tech) asking a few questions about the laptop and before we hung up he told me was going to give me a call in a couple hours when the work was complete- no call back. I called Thursday to follow up and what would know, Oscar was out again, and my message was left with Fernando- still no call back. Friday, nothing. Saturday, nothing. So Sunday I call (and I'm annoyed already at this point) and NO TECHS available. So Oscar (the store manager) got the wrath of my attitude( sorry Oscar!) but after looking into the issue, Oscar fixed my laptop, within an hour. Makes me wonder why this location even has techs when the store manager is doing their job too. All in all, Office Depot needs to step it up if they are going to offer to fix laptops and PCs. Geek squad at Best Buy is just down the way. read more

If you need help with printing, flyers/ graphics, banners, custom ink stamps , well this is the place to go to! There's this young lady, I wish I knew her name but she has long black hair and she's thin, she works in the printing department, she is the definition of great customer service! Every time I go she takes her time to listen and help me out, never does she get frustrated with all the work I have for her. Everyone here is helpful. I highly recommend this Office Depot. I drive out of my way sometimes to get my documents printed here or make copies. Everyone already knows my face and says hi. They get backed up but are always efficient and friendly. They have helped me out a lot with all my projects. read more

For a small store, they are well stocked. And everyone was so friendly. One employee carried out a woman's purchases because she was holding a baby. There was a line forming, so another employee hopped in with his iPhone to ring me up. A much better experience than the Staples in Monterey Park. read more

Just had a bad experience at staples down the street and came here right after...right away you are greeted at the store and helped immediately or directed to the right spot to await for help. Unlike staples where I waited forever to be helped and at the end they sent me to fed ex. read more

Staff is really cool and it should be up when I send out packages to various places. I did like the overall positive warmest that each person had. Definitely a good place to go considering that the post office is right next-door but I like coming over here because of the supplies that they have in the store to really cool and easily attainable. read more

The staff doesn't know the printing machinery very well, and couldn't get my images to print to the edge. I needed to frame some photos, and no matter what they kept printing white borders, which was unacceptable in my case. It also took half an hour just to get started printing because Office Depot's computer system is just slow in general. Kinko's in contrast was a lot better. Yeah, the price is a lot higher. But i had the same prints saved into their computer system and set up in 3 minutes. I kid you not. I'm sure for most people having borders on banners and framed images isn't a big deal, but for those that need a place that can "print to edge", avoid Office Depot. read more

The staff here is amazing. They are so nice and helpful and polite. The customer in front of me had a problem and was being very rude. He wanted something that was unavailable at this office depot. Yvonne answered all of his questions and even told him where he could find what he was after."well i dont know how to get there". The cashier ladies then began to describe the directions and write them down for him."well you could have done that sooner". Very rude. The staff was professional and helpful the whole time. I just want to say one of the employees here seemed rude to me , right away when she helped me I felt that she was being rude , no eye contact , no greeting , not even a smile , both times that I've came to this store this girl has been the same her name is Brooke ( I asked for her name ), honey if you don't like your job quit or smile a little but that's no way to treat your customers. Customer service is not all great. So I lost my receipt for a business purchase. I called to see if I could get a reprint and I obviously was bothering them. Straight out was told I need to know exactly what date you came in exactly how much you spent and the last 4 digits of the credit card and what register i used. Ok so I gave the info, which the lady sounded very disappointed that I was able to fulfill that info. Anyway she said give your number and ill call you back.... Hence the 2 star rating... No call back. I'm glad we cancelled our corporate account with them and switched to staples.... No wonder they had to transfer to a smaller space poor service = no money = soon to shut down. I did give 2 stars however, only because it was my fault for losing a receipt and had to bother them. read more

First of all thanks to Ashley and Asst. Mgr. Edward for their help. The only absurdity was them trying to impose a Corporate policy of $1.00 per minute for taking Ashley away from "other" customers, we were the first and only ones there initially and the other 3 employees were helping anyone else that came in. Asked for Corporate address, they did not have it, "they're in Florida" and was told to call Customer Service 800#. Job was 9 PDF files totaling 536 printed pages, took one hour and after calling Staples, they comparison matched their no extra chage for large or PDF files. I did call the 800# but the representative in Manila was not familiar with any such policy and gave me Corporate's 800#. I called the number and left a call back message. I know they are three hours ahead so will have to follow up early to get a response. Just be wary of added charges and check your receipt. read more
