I have always gone to big box stores to replace my ink, assuming I would get the best price. But the ink I use is becoming harder to find, and the usual suspects didn't have my ink. As a last-ditch effort, I tried cartridge world.Lo and behold--cartridge world had my ink--and cheaper than anywhere I've been before--and great service. I will return! read more

We carry ink and toner for nearly all makes and models at huge discounts compared to Staples and Office Depot and Walmart (Dell, Lexmark, HP, Epson, Canon, Xerox, IBM, Ricoh, Brother, et al). We also have a large line of refurbished machines for sale that carry a 1 year in-house warranty. Local and Personal. We deliver to businesses locally and ship globally.

Opened in May 2007. We now offer free printer advice to help you find, buy and maintain the right printer for your home and business. We also offer the ink and toners for those machines at huge discounts compared to Office Depot and Staples and guarantee our work and product.

When I finally found someone, they were not wearing a badge or anything resembling a uniform, so it was awkward to ask if they were an employee; I mean, I was obviously wandering around trying to find something. Isn't it usual to ask a customer if you can help them? They looked up the item and told me it was delivery only. Well, I looked it up, too, before driving the distance out there and the official site said it was in stock. Also, Yelp's hours are not accurate. I always been pleased by the ink and toner refill cartridges I purchased at Cartridge World when they were on Markham and now on Shackleford and the staff was always friendly and knowledgeable. This was true when I went there while regularly and frequently while I was working from home and continued after I retired when I did not go there very often. However, I am even more impressed with the service they provide. I was having a problem with my printer which could not be duplicated at their store. I took my printer back home and the problem came up. When I told them what happened, they said they would send their service technician to my home. Due to the recent ice storm, they could not come out when originally scheduled but followed up and rescheduled a time. The technician came and, while he could not confirm whether the problem was with the printer or my computer, he came up with a workable solution. I really appreciate the time and the effort the owner and his staff took in trying to fix the printer problem and strongly recommend purchasing your printer supplies from them. read more

Joe and the guys are really good and knowledgeable. They can talk you through a problem on the phone and deliver the ink cartridges at no charge. They have repaired and replaced printers with better ones for a more than reasonable price, while bringing them to me. I love them. read more
