For our 60th high school reunion, we needed alumni booklets to be printed and a poster board of deceased classmates laminated. Virgil was so patient and wonderfully helpful in planning the booklet at the lowest cost. Covers were purchased at Office Max but had to be ordered. I arrived a few days later to pick up the copied pages and covers, but the printing had not been completed. The group to assemble the booklets was waiting my arrival. Well you wonder why online retail is taking care of customers and winning all the business! When you go to a brick and mortar store and buy something you show a receipt and they still won't give you credit because of a policy. Way to take care of your customers! If it was possible to put Zero stars I will do it. First, Office Depot has a ridiculous return policy. If you have or buy something in clearance from one store and you want to return it to another location you can't so think twice ! Just go somewhere else! Their Delivery team members are t professional at all. They ripped the carpet in my building and Corporate haven't answer about this. It is already two weeks and Corporate is no where to be found! There's not a phone number or location. You have to call customer service phone number which they have a horrible horrible customer service they don't e en care. Supposedly they are sending emails to the issue and Corporate haven't contact me. So so unprofessional! Disappointed ! And that's why they are closing. Going out of business. No one is responsible and no one cares. I will return everything I spent with them over $2000 for my new business. I rather give it to somebody that cares for the customer. read more

Every time I go for printing at this location it's awful and/or they've messed it up. So bad it was time to write a review. This time I went in for 30 color copies. I was the only person in the store and it took almost 30 minutes! While I waited, I had to listen to 3 employees talk about who was getting lunch break next, when someone was leaving, etc. The whole time the guy was distracted and couldn't figure out why my stuff wouldn't print. So he had to go to another computer. BTW the machine was out of paper...I mean REALLY? When my stuff was printed he handed it to me in a stack, no protection, no envelope, nothing. When I asked for an envelope, I was told they were out. - that actually happened the last THREE times I was there. Seriously OM Oswego...get it together. This store is SO unprofessional and sloppy! I used their "Impress" department for printing up everything for my wedding-- invitations, posters, response cards, bag tags, etc. They worked so patiently with me to ensure everything was just right. Some of the fonts that I used were not on their computer, but they were able to download them. They have a cutter for large projects, so that was great to have 150 sheets cut in 1/2 at once for a small price. You can either bring in a jump drive or email your documents to them. I had issues with my jump drive, so it was easier for me to just email and then go into the store. read more

Ever since the pandemic began, I have had to print many papers. I have come to rely on OfficeMax to not only always have my ink cartridges in stock, but to be able to deliver my order to me within an hour of my purchase. Their curbside pick-up has made this even easier than I could have ever imagined. I spent a good hour and a half trying out EVERY office chair at the Oswego location on 2/2/21. My chair at home has a serious vendetta against me and is determined to murder my back and legs whilst also crushing my soul. A nice gentleman checked in with me from time to time but was not pushy or intrusive. I narrowed my options to 4 chairs at varying price points. Deciding to sleep on it, I ended up ordering the Devara SitTrue by Serta at officedepot online for local pickup, paying $15 for assembly. Let the experts do that! My chair was ready in an hour for pick up. It is assembled perfectly, the chair is spotless and amazingly comfortable. THIS IS WHY WE NEED STOREFRONTS! You cannot go by reviews posted on "the big A" for something you are going to sit in for 8+ hours/day. Gotta go try the merchandise in person. I got my chair on sale and assembled for less than on A. I am very happy with the Oswego location and their excellent service. read more

Came in for a few copies for school. The copier worked well and was predictable. The issue I had was with the humans working at this place. The copy clerk came over to help me print the sheet that would tell the cashier what to charge me. Sheet was hard to understand. Mostly due to the fact that it was incorrect. The poor cashier had no clue what he was doing and I felt bad because his back up was non existent. In short it took nearly 20 min to get 12 copies made and rung up. Not the greatest experience. I will go again and update my review if the situation improves. read more

Really, a very uncomfortable experience!!! Went to buy Ink, and when got to the cashier the price was different. So, I told the cashier that I was going to double check the price label, so I did. I got a misplaced ink box, so I place two other two boxes in the right label price tag. When I went back to pay, notice the store Manager and another employee following me up to the cagier and good there until I pay and walked out of the store!!!! While paying for the Ink, called loud enough to bring the manager's anxiety level down a bit that I place other misplaced boxes in the right label tag!
