On 07/24/26, I handed them a $963.00 laptop that was being shipped back to the seller and the package went missing shortly after. The owner, Benny, accepted no responsibility. His logic was that since the seller created the label and not The UPS Store, his store was 100% absolved. Wrong!! When a customer hands over their package to a UPS Store employee, they have a responsibility to make sure the package makes it to the Longwood UPS Processing Center. This is not the first time a package I have dropped off at this location went missing, which tells me there is a breakdown in processes. But Benny wasn't interested in that. He only wanted to wash his hands of the situation. Alarming, to say the least. I will provide an update on how UPS handled the situation, when I know it. I would recommend finding a different UPS Store to ship your packages from, however.

The last time was in a box, but apparently was not good enough for for him. I placed a complaint with the UPS customer service - but I have low confidence that things will change here. Customer service here gets an A+. In terms of selection, they have everything you need to furnish your place at pretty great prices as well. Bedroom sets, rugs, bookshelves, dining tables, desks... even cute decor items like lamps, paintings and sculptures for livening up your place. They have a lot of discounts for used items that are basically good as new, so you can get really good deals here. Pretty much everything you see here is for sale too. Even the TV's on the stands that I thought were just for display are for sale at some really low costs. They also have the option to rent what you see if you're in a more temporary living situation. I've had nothing but good experiences here. I'm always able to find what I'm looking for. I highly recommend this place.
